I bought Honda Jazz 2007 from Gordon Fielder Cars. The car was very clean and shiny, Gordon pointed out all the problems before I paid for the car. After driving it home I noticed clanking noise which was coming from loose heat shield above the exhaust pipe. I phoned Gordon few days later, he told me which garage to take it to get it sorted. All this with no extra payment. I was very happy, the car is great. I would recommend Gordon Fielder without a hesitation. Thank you very much.

I purchased a Renault grand scenic from Gordon and his wife. I found the whole experience was pressure free and Gordon was very honest and pointed out any small cosmetic imperfection the car was very clean in and out and good mileage for its age. I would definitely buy another car from them.

I was interested in a Volvo Gordon Fielder Cars had for sale I telephoned him and he was very helpful. I bought the car and am very happy with it. It had a full service history and was very clean inside. Gordon took time to explain how a few things worked like the petrol realise button being inside the car which saved me the embarrassment of not being able to open it at the pump. I must admit the cars on show at Gordon Fielder Cars are better than you tend to see elsewhere... However, Gordon is reluctant to let his cars out of his showroom in case: 1. You are a serious buyer 2. Real reason.. Gordon doesn’t want you to see the scratches and marks on the body and wheels 3. Gordon also is very good at changing the subject when asking about the car you are interested in always talking about the positives. 4. We bought a Skoda from Gordon after getting home found loads of scratches and two dents on the wings. We couldn’t see them in his brightly lit showroom! Lesson to be learnt don't make the same mistake.

Is this person for real?!!! So as anyone does, you take the car for a test drive & obviously the car is outside to be inspected at any stage, so why was nothing said at point of sale. I genuinely believe as in fact this person has kindly pointed out that my cars are nicer than anything else out there but equally they are used & of course will have a mark or two here & there along with the odd scuffed wheel... These are used cars, not brand new!!!! Who ever this deluded individual is has not had the backbone to contact me personally to discuss their disappointment & in turn allow me to consider rectifying any issues!!! I would question if this is a genuine review or some jealous individual who doesn't like the large amount of lovely used cars I sell to lovely people!!! Amen

I purchased a citroen xsara picasso from Gordon Fielder Cars, people beware of viewing in his showroom after I paid for this car when I saw it outside every panel is a different colour not as nice as he described. I won't be going there again my old car was in better condition.

What a ridiculous review! If this individual was unhappy with the vehicle in question at point of sale then a full refund would have been issued. They indicate that there was a colour difference in the panels which they noticed whilst there, so why was nothing said or questioned? Also I have not heard anything from this customer regarding their concerns. More importantly take a look at the other reviews on this site to see how happy my customers are & add to this I have nearly 50 thank you cards & emails in my showroom from people happy with the cars I sell.
