What a shambles. Entered into a finance contract to buy a fiesta. Ford Basingstoke salesman Steve Bartlett arranged an appointment for us to view the car. Drove from Bicester (1 hour 20 mins drive) Arrived to our booked appointment on the Sunday to find the car locked shut in the workshop with no keys available to unlock it. No test drive, no way to view the inside. Plus, the car was in awful condition. Paint damage on the front bumper, 1 curbed alloys, 2 front tyres were not legal (under 1.6mm tread). What a needless waste of everyone's time. We walked away. Hugely unprofessional. Embarrassing. Avoid.

I recently bought a Ford Fiesta from Think Ford at Basingstoke, the sales executive Sean Casey was most helpful, kind and very polite.Nothing was to much trouble and he explained all of my options very well. I would certainly recommend going there to buy a car, this is the third vehicle we have bought from them and had no problems at all. Keep up the good work Think Ford and many thanks Sean for all of your help.

Car was given to Ford in January. It is now April and I have still not had my car back. Whenever I call up the initial secretary picks up straight away. Yet when I get transferred to the bodyshop they never pick up. In the last 15 attempts at calling them, they have not picked up once. I have only managed to get through around 4 to 5 times in the 3 months they have had my car. They keep delaying and delaying when the car would be ready. When ever I ask they say they are waiting for a lower support for the front bumper for my Toyota they are fixing. I asked Toyota and they say the part has been in the UK for ages and can be delivered in 2 days so they have obviously been lying. The Courtesy car they provided was a tiny 1.0 Toyota Aygo. I gave them a 50k car and they give me that. I don't expect like for like but the lowest spec and cheapest car they could find is insulting. Just want my car fixed. 3 months is appalling which very little update. Have been speaking mainly to Anita Smith there who is useless. Supposed to email me Back on Friday to confirm a part has arrived. It is the following Monday and have only just now received a reply saying that the part hasn't turned up. The same part I confirmed with Toyota is a 2 day in stock part.

Very disappointed waiting over 2h for changing oil where has been informed that services not will take a more than 1h from 7:50 till 10 nothing's has been done... Staff hasn't informed me at all what happen with wife car. No face covering and social distancing due to pandemic restriction. Customer services not deserved even 1 star from out five. Staff are very usless and rude. They not care about customers... Ford Basingstoke never again ...
From start to finish I never felt under pressure with the hard sale that you would normally would get somewhere else. Everything felt at ease and friendly, which is a warm welcome these days. So well done to the salesman. A very happy customer who chose the right garage and where they do all the hard work for you.

Not only did I get a great deal that I could afford but the processing of the deal was done so smoothly and with minimal efforts from my side. The same afternoon I was contacted and advised that everything was approved. I then asked for a huge favour, if I could get the vehicle delivered the next day! Guess what? They were amazing! I got the car the next day and I could surprise my husband with this awesome gift. I would highly recommend them - Naomi

Where do I start. The staff at Think Ford Basingstoke are rude, they lie to you, say they have contacted you when they havent to make themselves look good online. Stay well away from this dealership and look elsewhere.
