Dealer was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire sale. He didn't know anything about the vehicle he was selling. He was very sketchy and lied about everything. Would NOT recommend to anybody. After purchasing the car I was made aware that all of the body work was completely out of place. The vehicle had been in numerous accidents prior to the sale which I hadn't been made aware of until I had taken it to a garage to get a fresh pair of eyes on the car. It had been poorly put back together to be sold. After the sale, the dealer ignores all calls and contact regarding these problems.

GR8 Prestige Cars sold me a car that was not fit for purpose and then ignored my calls and refused to rectify the problems or give me my money back. A couple of days after buying the car it started making all sorts of noises and warning lights were popping up on the dash. I took the car to a bmw approved repair centre who after looking over the car found that it had been involved in a heavy front end accident which had been bodged back together with pieces of wood. The turbo was on its way out and whining, the air suspension system is broken, the LED’s in the back lights are faulty and replacements are £2500. The diagnostic machine picked up 15 faults!!! The company director is a rogue trader who has a habit of dissolving his company’s and reopening under a slightly different name, that tells me he has a habit of ripping people off by selling them faulty and dangerous cars. I wish I had seen the bad reviews this company had received on google before I wasted my money. Currently going through court proceedings.

Cannot fault the customer service. After leaving a message yesterday enquiring about a car Danny got straight back to me and answered all my queries about the vehicle. Extra images were sent of the vehicle without me even asking for them. After attending the garage today to view the car, again I had great customer service in person from Danny. If you're looking for a great deal and good customer service I'd definitely recommend GR8 Prestige Cars. I love my new car!

Avoid at all cost. Purchased a car for my wife to run my children around but within three weeks car was found to be a fire hazard. Milad avoided to cover full cost of repair after warranty company also refused to payout. Doesn't answer any correspondence. Trading standards involved and court action being arranged against Milad.

Overall a great, easy purchase from viewing to completion. Sold with service and 1 years MOT & 6 month warranty. Very happy with service, would definitely return when I'm ready to part exchange this one! Thanks GR8 Prestige Cars:-)
