7 months after buying a car from this garage, we're still waiting for them to send a copy of the service book. Multiple E-mails have been ignored by Graham Hilton Cars as well as being fobbed off when visiting the garage on an agreed date to pick it up. Not the best way to treat customers and still haven't fulfilled their promise of posting the service book, which as mentioned has so far taken 7 months.

I have bought a few cars over the years from dealers.and must say Graham hilton Cars is by the best dealer I have dealt with everything was done quickly with no fuss.there website was good clear and precise I would recommend them to anyone want a new vehicle. I will definatly be using them again.im one very happy customer.
I bought a Ford Focus back in June. The car was very clean and matched its description very well. The staff were helpful and friendly. I part exchanged my previous car and the price i got for it wasn't great bit other than that I am happy with this dealership and the car and I would recommend.

Excellent experience all round lovely car great communication. Dealt with a gentleman called dave who even picked me up from the station. Very recommended.
The buying experience was good. However I had a problem less than a month after purchase. They were rude and obstructive and lied about their own policies. I was left out of pocket and they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation. I don't trust them and was made to feel very uncomfortable when talking to them. My letters were left unanswered, despite sending them registered. Trading standards are aware.
Fantastic buying experience , excellent communication, no hard sell just quality service from the moment we arrived. Vehicle well presented and all aspects fully explained honestly. Very refreshing to visit a genuine used dealership. Bought the vehicle we went to see and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.l
Purchased a car from Graham Hilton Cars in June 2015. On driving the car home something didn't feel right so got my partner to drive it once home for him to work out the turbo wasn't working. (I had previously only driven one car so not experienced!!) After 2 and a half months of rude and aggressive language towards me (when they would even answer the phone) and ignorant repetitive emails, I contacted trading standards who were extremely helpful. They recommended I write a letter demanding a refund from which they finally gave in and refunded me the money. Rude nasty staff who try and belittle women. Avoid at all costs.
The overall service at Graham Hilton Cars was excellent, the communication was particularly good, they kept me informed throughout the process and made everything nice and clear. I'd absolutely recommend them.

This was my first time buying a car, my family had bought from Graham Hilton before and never had a problem and they have a good range of small hatchbacks so I decided to go with them as well. The staff were very patient and guided me through the process, the car was absolutely spotless and I couldn't of asked for a better place to buy my first car.

I had a pretty awful experience with Graham Hilton Cars (aka Stevenage Road Garage). The car I bought was only 3 years old but turned out to be not in the condition I was advised. Although the dealer agreed to take it back I would have had to go to court to recover all my money. Having decided to keep the car, within weeks I discovered that the 'warranty', which they had repeatedly reassured me would protect me, did not. I had been concerned about the warranty before completing the sale and the dealer had ignored my email asking for clarification, and refused to discuss it over the phone. In the end I had to spend several hundred pounds on essential remedial work including an immediate service as the car had not been serviced for 18 months. A main dealer would have done this before sale, without question. Overall it was a horrible, stressful experience.

Graham Hilton Cars are a family run buisnedd with over 40 years experience. They are based in Hitchin and are open 7 days a week including bank holidays and offer part exchange on cars, motor bikes, campervans, caravans and commercial vehicles.
