I bought a car from here I paid extra £300 for 12 months warrenty I had to take the car back 3 times over the 12 months with issues which they told me they fixed out of warrenty now and same issues have happened to be told they did not repair it properly now having to find over £400 spoke to garage to be told prove it

Bought a car from this garage thinking AA approved !!! Had the car 3 weeks and timing chain failed they had the car a week with no feed back to say if my car was being looked at or not so i had to keep ringing had car back 1 week and engine cover fell off which was coolant leak had this car 5 weeks which 1 week was in garage and had to have AA out twice !!! Very poor service will never use this garage again !!!! Stay away people !! Very dissapointed to say the least !! Car now at independant garage to see what actually is wrong with it and how much its going to cost to get it right AA approved yeah right !!!!

I traded my car to down grade and was charged £3600 for a Mondeo that it turns out is worth 600. Ray the person who sold the car has left and they don’t return calls despite ripping me off by over £3000. Chap I spoke to today at lunch time said they’d definitely call back and sort something out. They haven’t. They sold me a car who had one owner and was a family friend. Now I’ve checked 8 owners and they have cost me over £3000. Avoid at all costs!

I purchased a Vauxhall insignia from Granby Car Sales in July 2017 and had nothing but problems from the start. White smoke came from the bonnet now and again so I took the car back in and was told it nothing. The car went through about 5 dpf sensors in the 2 years I owned it and went into limp mode on many occasions. The icing on the cake was when we broke down with 2 small children in the car going on holiday only to be told the engine was seized and the car was ready for the scrap yard. So our 8 year old car got towed away to the scrap yard barely worth a penny!

Bought Lexus of almost 5000.and was told full service will be done before picking up Only to know they didn’t do that. Tyre had a cut, wipers were gone that wasn’t changed yet it pass MoT because they own the garage. My log hasn’t come in since 2mouths now wrote to them no one bother to call me to find out my problem were . Lastly my car keep smoking from time to told about this and nothing has been done about . My customer experience with them is zero
