Do not return calls any problems they don’t want to know or solve service department never return calls thats if they can be bothered to answer phone avoid this dealership at all costs

Grange Land Rover Swindon Went to buy or attempt to buy /test drive a new Range Rover sport. Completely ignored by staff waited for 20min while staff attended to couples walking in after myself then hide when I approached. I’m so glad JLR feel they can pick and choose who looks worthy off their product , unprofessional loss of a 90k sale.

The many poor reviews on this site are consistent with my own experience regarding procurement of a pending part. Having purchased a new F Pace here 3 years ago and kept a full service record my calls have not been returned by reception, service department or the service manager. Hence I’ve shifted my business to another dealer.

Arrived at 8am to drop my car in for a pre-booked service at Swindon Jaguar. I had already pre-arranged a lift to the train station which they confirmed when I arrived and asked me to take a seat until they were ready. After patiently waiting an hour I decided to chase them up. Their response was “we’ll defrost a car and take you in 10 minutes”. Eventually left the garage at 10:17hrs. No apology for the huge delay or anything. Appalling customer service. One of many examples of poor customer service I’ve received from this garage over the years. When I was buying my FPace in 2017, I ended up buying my car from the Abingdon Jaguar garage who know how to look after their customers. Things seemed to have improved slightly when they moved to the new garage a couple of years ago, but still some way to go it seems.

Grange Jaguar Swindon don’t answer the phone. They say they will call back but don’t. You wait ages when you are there. Couldn’t really be worse.

Called Grange Jaguar in Swindon twice over the weekend to enquire about a vehicle, both times I was told I would receive a call back from a sales advisor. It’s now Sunday evening and still nothing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere thanks.

I bought my car wished I hadn't not from Grange Jaguar in Swindon the mot was supposed to be new 4 weeks later when I got it done 3 months before purchased at Kwik fit the trim lifting and being told to put double sided tape on it Then stone chips covered up with g cut and coloured wax so now it was washed regularly has now shown up and looks terrible and £5000 spray job to get to what it should be expected a few marks as a few years old but to cover up whsg cheap tactics also one of wheels sprayed on £38000 f type No apology ignored phone put down on me not listening and big fat liars Don't even go there to purchase second hand car new one might be ok

Saw a sportbrake here so rang to reserve pending viewing at the weekend, as I lived a 5 hour drive away. The first thing was the insisted on a £500 deposit .. yes thats right £500! ... this should have rang alarm bells, other jaguar dealers asked £250, still extortionate... I have reserved cars at BMW and volvo, who were happy to hold the car without without any hesitation whatsover for no fee. The car was overpriced by £3000 compared with other dealers, but it was in the colour I wanted, so I thought it was worth a look. The dealers appraisal of the car was immaculate, so I dont expect to see and sort of marks on the bodywork, especially at the premium price that they were asking. I arrived to view the car, it did look very nice but closer inspection revealed a ding in the drivers door, and several stone chips on the bonnet. Unfortunately I made the mistake of falling in love with the car and decided that I would buy it. The hand over was a joke, the salesman just hung around whilst I removed items from my trade-in and just waved me off. No familiarity with the controls or anything. Not being familiar with the area I soon got lost, so thought I would use the satnav for guidance. As I didnt know how to use it my partner looked in the glove box for the owner manual, it wasnt there, no folder or anything else, so we had to turn around and find our way back to the garage to collect a copy. Clearly the car was inadequately prepared or checked, questioning whether ather more serious checks had been carried out... on the brakes for instance! a month after purchase I still hadn't received the V5 from swansea or the warranty documents, contacted the dealer who had no idea at all, and quite frankly uninterested. I ended up spending almost an hour on the phone to the DVLA who informed me that it had been sent to my previous address, and my surname was spelt incorrectly, despite me giving the salesman my new address and insistent that the car should be registered appropriately, as detailed upon the green slip from the original V5 that was passed over to me.! So I had all the hassle of sending it back to the DVLA for amendment. I realised also that I did not have a purchase invoice to prove that I was the legal owner and that I had paid in full (cash). I rang the dealer requesting an invoice. This hadn't arrived after 3 weeks either, also sent to the incorrect address, and still my name incorrectly spelt. I again rang the dealer to request an amended (accurate) invoice to be sent to me at my new address... I am still waiting for this some 5 months since purchase, despite several telephone calls to the dealer to chase. In short, Grange take your money and run, they have no interest in aftersales service, courteous service, and are a disgrace to the Jaguar marque. I have made a complaint as such to Jaguar directly, and when I come to change my car, it will be back to BMW who's customer before and after sales service can only be described as exemplary. It is a pity that I did not see the previous reviews on here beforehand, as it seems that my experience is typical of the Grange experience.... so anyone considering this dealership..... take heed.

Contacted Jaguar Swindon late 2016 to arrange a test drive of the FPace. Salesman called back and had my name wrong (can only assume he got me mixed up with another customer). That in itself is not a big problem. However, when I arrived at the dealership a few days later for my test drive appointment he got my name wrong again and then didn't know which components were standard and which ones were extra. After the test drive, he promised to contact me the week after to arrange a time for me to call in again to see the red and black seats which he couldn't show me on the day. Also, he was going to give me a p/x quote for my car. Needless to say no call was forthcoming. Despite the above, I decided to give them one more chance and called late Jan 17 to make an appointment for later that day but everyone was busy and they couldn't even book me in! I decided to call in to the dealer later that day so I could see the seats, check my p/x value and possibly order the car. Although the salesman were all busy, I told the receptionist that I was happy to wait for a while until someone was free. After 25 mins I decided to give up - there were staff in the back office ( one of whom looked to be the manager) but no one could be bothered to help me or even manage my expectations regarding a waiting time. Appalling customer service and I'll be going elsewhere to buy the FPace as this dealer does not deserve to be successful. I really hope the Abingdon dealership is better.

I have just been to Grange Jaguar Swindon to order a new car. Have never been treated so badly. Asked for a quote for part exchange of my 2 year old Range Rover Evoque for a F Pace. The sales man would not give me a quote. I hinted that I was self employed and need to buy before the end of our trading year. He still would not. Just unbelievable, they have lost a customer for an expensive car. How can car dealers employ negative salesman, who judge you when the do not even know who your are. Their loss.
