Took my Range Rover into grange barnet . Had multiple problems with computer electrical issues. Abdullah Wajeh sorted everything out professionally and seamlessly. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Josh and Megan also very helpful and polite when calling. Best garage to go to sort issues out with your Range Rover. I would highly recommend them. I bought a brand new Land Rover discovery sport - the car has been nothing but a problem, made worse by the indifference and mistruths from the servicing team. The servicing team are over-run due to the various and frequent problems with the cars. The frustration of the customers has clearly left them jaded and indifferent. There is a long and ridiculous list of things that have gone wrong with the car since buying it and the 'aftermarket fixes' - that have been applied, not applied or haven't really existed and they don't know why their colleagues told me that they have - is close more than surprising. The current problem involves a recall for a known problem with the steering rack. I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning, was told they had the necessary parts but the job may take until the next day. Fair enough. I called at 4.30pm as I'd had no update and didn't know if I needed to pick the car up or not. I was told it would be tomorrow. I called at 2.30pm the following day to confirm it would be ready and was told it would be ready at 5.30pm. It wasn't. I turned up after a tube journey into bank and northern line to Barnet to be told there were was a problem with some bolts (i.e. the the parts they said they had). They would now need to be ordered. Clearly, the car had not been looked at at all on the Thursday .. or even by 2.30pm the following day. To be fair, I was given a car for the weekend to enable me drive for an hour home around the M25 but this was still a 3 hours journey for something I was told would be ready at 5.30pm. However, the replacement car was provided on the strict instructions that it must be returned on Monday morning where upon they would arrange a hire car. I returned the car on the Monday to be told later that day that there would be no hire car. Jaguar Land Rover doesn't do that when the parts are available. The parts had now been ordered and would turn up on the Wednesday. The car would be ready either Wednesday evening or Thursday .. who knows.?? not them certainly but the job that should take a day or possibly two is taking a week. There was no consideration for needing to take children to school ... just lump it ... and a stock apology and general indifference. When I explained the situation and the inconvenience this caused to the supervisor, his response was indifference. Again, jaded individuals who do not care - clearly there are plenty of saps to pay for the repairs to their cars and it doesn't matter if you are happy or not. this is very typical of the services and the routine failure in the service department. Other reviews reference liars and arrogance. While I would not go that far myself, I do understand why they are made. I would prefer to buy and British built car rather than German or Swedish. I also intended to upgrade to a Range Rover Sport when I first took delivery of the Discovery, However, experience has taught me that these cars a poor, prone to failures and the servicing is very slow, expensive and delivered with a general distain for the customer. I take my car to a local specialist rather than the dealership because of the poor servicing. However, I have been warned that it is just a matter of time before the engine goes bang - reassuring I'm sure you'd agree. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of the brand and particularly Grange Barnet. They don't need or want you as a customer apparently.

STAY AWAY!Do Not Use! Bunch of unprofesionals liars and arrogants. Booked my car for timing belt replacement 2 days job did actually took 4 days Picked up the car drove short trip home, The next day drove to Cambridge on return EML And RP red triangle warnings on dash board Phone barnet LR the person i spoke with told me <> took the car to the shop 2 hours later they told me nothing they have done wrong was a EGR V problem. Confused as the car was in good shape i called them AGAIN and asked the to look at the car and told them they have damaged my car they threatened me by telling me they gonna charge me. Had my car diagnosed elsewhere (smoke test) obviosly i didn’t trust to do it at LR , they told me there is a air leak on inlet manifold and asked me if anyone had do e any work on the car ! Explained what i had done to the car they told me that whoever replaced your rear belt has put weight / leaned on the engine and had cracked the manifold. they cost me too much money for the problem they have created and won’t accept!

I went to Range Rover Barnet. The racial profiling I received my God. I booked an appointment first thing they said they couldn’t find it then apparently it wasn’t saved on the system. The apparent owner paul Greenberg as he claimed he own it was extremely rude and I was confused so I asked him can’t black people buy brand new range ? All he did was just a nod. I will start a petition for this particular branch and I’ll make sure all minorities stay away from this nasty place. I’m still I’m shocked I’ve owned every single range since I was 18 yrs old but I’m never getting a new one cos of this experience.

Negligent cowboys think they are untouchable, a mobster like mentality, Dealership Grange Land Rover in Barnet, EN5 does just that and looking at their reviews there are at least other 50 people officially posting reviews on google, Trustpilot and many other platforms with complaints about bad services, negligence and ripping people off, despite such bad ratings Land Rover still does nothing or anyone else who is regulatory for that matter Grange Land Rover scratched my Range Rover sport, overcharged me and was so rude made me feel so disappointed, it is shameful and a disgrace that Grange Land Rover represents Land Rover brand

My 6 month old Land Rover Discovery developed a fault. Booked in with Grange in Barnet. Took my car in one day couldn't locate fault so returned it. Re-booked for 3 weeks later. Car was due back the same day. hadn't heard back at 5:45pm tried calling answerphone said they were closed (despite their website saying they close at 6.30pm). Finally had a call the following day to say they forgot to call to update and they put the answerphone on by mistake. Also they forgot to deliver the car back!!! Shambolic mess I will never use this company again...

Considering that they represent a Luxury Brand , Grange Land Rover Barnet are consistently the worst customer experience you could possibly Encounter - You only need to sit in the showroom for a few minutes and you will witness a chaotic atmosphere where it feels like no one is in charge or setting standards as staff wander around chatting to each other only to occasional leave their glass office to offer a hollow apology to a never ending line of unhappy customers . Sadly for me they are the closest service centre to where I live and because I have a Range rover I am forced at times because of my warranty to use them , I work in a service industry & therefore understand that at times there are issues that are out of everyone's control but at Grange Barnet they have made an art form out of making what ever problem you have worse . Here as a warning are my last 3 encounters with this terrible dealer 2 years ago - following an add blue alert on my car i called the dealership and was told pop in as its a while you wait service - I walked in no one asked me if i needed help went to the service desk got ignored asked for help got told to wait , no one came so i left and made written complaint to them & they sent a tech to my house to put the add blue in the car . 1- year ago I took my car to them for its regular service and they tried to get me to pay for all sorts of expensive break and tyre issues saying they were "concerned for my safety " I declined and said i would get that work done elsewhere cheaper & then when I returned to my car money (pound coins) had been stolen from it !!!! I asked to see the service manager as this was a serious issue and not only did he not come and talk to me but they offered me £6 in an envelope completely missing the point of how serious the matter was - I left vowing to never return - I went to a local garage and the brakes/tyres were worn but not dangerous . 2 weeks ago - My car went into safety mode and was diagnosed by the call out engineer as an oil pressure issue - I tried to use a local small top class garage but they informed me that specialist tooling was required and so they booked me back into Grange Barnet - They had my car 2 weeks and say they replaced the oil pressure sensor and the turbo under warranty - at no time was i offered a courtesy car & had to chase them every time for updates . Today - my car was returned to me after 2 weeks with paperwork stating all work completed ,tested , and fault codes cleared and within 30mins the car broke down , wont start and has the same fault code as 2 weeks ago !!! I phoned grange barnet and 2 hours later their advice was "call Range Rover recovery " I said to the service guy who called me " you don't even sound surprised" ? - he replied "nothing surprises me" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DON'T GO TO GRANGE BARNET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
