A disgrace to the Jaguar name. Never return calls. Last week they gave a guaranteed price for my late fathers XK, which was valid until the end of the month. When I tried to accept their offer today they changed their mind and wouldn't buy it. I wont be using them again.

I visited Grange Brentwood on 30 July 2020 to test drive a Jaguar XE. I was looked after by Jack Baird who was pleasant and competent throughout. The dealership had taken considerable trouble to manage Covid-19 risks and I went on the test drive alone. I bought the car and was able to drive it away there and then with the whole process taking around 90 minutes. That timing would have been halved had I not taken the test drive. This was a pleasant and successful experience - Jack is clearly an experienced sales executive and was able to deal with a mid-sixties male with empathy and humour! If you want to buy a Jag, I can recommend Jack at Grange!

I reserved a car from Matt at Grangewood Motor in Brentwood who was extremely polite and helpful. There were no issues whatsoever. I travelled down from Scotland to pick the car up. It was in impeccable condition, exactly as Matt had described. I would definitely consider purchasing another car from here and making the 850 mile round trip again, Matt made our experience a fantastic one, thank you!
