Having previously bought a Gran Turismo and California T from Graypaul i was familiar with the excellent service that they offer as a dealership. However the personal service and the advice and courtesy afforded me and my wife Caroline and Dominic - our 17 year old car mad son, when we just dropped by on a Saturday afternoon to have a look around was exceptional. A true bonus was finding the Ferrari 458 Spider in all its splendour sat in the showroom asking for a test drive. This was offered without asking and a deal was done soon afterwards. I must commend James and Anthony for the way we were treated and made to feel special throughout the following few days, and the personal touches that were afforded myself and Caroline when we came to collect the car. I must also thank the most friendly and welcoming receptionists i have come across anywhere, as they are a true credit to Graypaul and to the service ethos you portray. As for the car there are not enough words to describe the feeling of driving and owning the 458 Spider. Thank you to all concerned for making a special experience very special.

It was busy at the time and could have had more instruction about the vehicle but appreciate things for the 1st April had to be sorted.David was very helpful in many ways and thank him very much for all information regarding the trouble with the registration problem.I wasn't too keen on the manager who I first spoke to I felt he tried to ,"bowl me over" if you know what I mean. Next thing I spoke to David and it was excellent from there on.

The team have a genuine desire to see you driving and enjoying a Maserati. They go the extra mile and make you feel important which is way more than you can expect in a Mercedes or BMW showroom.
