I brought a 2013 Freelander from Greenacres 4x4 and have been very happy from start to finish. Ricci is very friendly, open and honest and the site is on a lovely small holding. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which is i suppose what you get from an independent dealer who has no dealer overheads and the usual chirpy ill-informed 'sales people' with targets to meet. :) The car generally was exactly as described apart from 2 minor advertisement errors stating it had front parking sensors and the Eco stop start system which it didn't but is no problem. The car was extremely clean and tidy which is testament to where Ricci sources his cars from. He had a great test drive route which covered lots of different scenarios and showed there was nothing to hide. Its a breath of fresh air to deal with an independent and honest car dealer rather than the norm and since purchase i have been extremely happy with my purchase. I have had one very small issue where a section of one of the door handles has come free (snapped clip for the cover) and after a 10 minute period from when i emailed him to Ricci replying the issue was sorted with a promise of a new part sourced from a dealer and then sent to me to clip in and replace. You don't get that with most back street car sales shops!! Although i had a long trip to view and then again to purchase the car i can do nothing but recommend this place for both its stock of well turned out vehicles and Ricci himself as the owner. In fact i would almost be happy to buy another car from him from just viewing the car online without even driving it..... Will definitely be my first stop when this car is due to be changed...

The Discovery was immaculately presented, exactly as described on the website. Ricci was genuinely helpful in showing enough of the car and then leaving us to "play". I reported a small fault a couple of days after purchase which was resolved by Ricci and an engineer in a matter of a couple of hours. When I come to change my car next I will be phoning Ricci first.

My car was immaculately presented by Ricci and sold to me at a highly competitive price. After a short period of ownership it was plain to me that the previous owner had simply put fuel in it. I had it serviced and all brake discs and pads needed replacing. Got back to Ricci and whilst he was disappointed as he had the vehicle MOT'd before sale, he met the replacement costs without any argument, promptly and with profuse apologies. You often get the best insights into people when things go wrong and I can vouch for Ricci's integrity and sense of fairness on the basis of my experience with him. Highly recommended and I will be going back!
