Wow! What a dealership! From first entering the building to driving away in my Octavia it was a great experience. The team were really helpful and provided great customer service. My Skoda has been very reliable so far and handles well on the roads. I am really happy with the purchase and would definitely return again!

The boys really looked after me at Greenlane Motors, dead helpful and organised... until I was late... BUT they waited for me and they defo didnt compromise on the service I received. I was still shown the car in detail and a full walk around ensuring I was happy, the car was clean, well prepared and ready to go. I would come back here for another car without doubt.

Thanks to Kam and the team for a quick and easy buy. I was due to go on holiday but needed to buy a car before I went, I was in a hurry. Kam wanted the service to be done before taking the car away but due to my demand he agreed to book it in back in after my holiday for the service to be done... a man of his word... Impressed with the customer service, very helpful and did everything they could to ensure they met my very tight time frames. Will be returning when ready to upgrade 100%.

I used Greenlane to buy a car for my Daughter who is currently learning to drive. I bought her a Peugeot 208, relatively low mileage, great condition and a good price. All was fine until 3 days after and the car conked out... it was a Sunday Morning at around 6am so obviously nothing I could do. I managed to get the car home and rang Kam at Greenlane at 9am on the Sunday, he was really polite and handled the call extremely professionally. He explained he was unable to do anything that day but would be more than happy to help. Skip to Monday 9am, Kam was knocking on my door, picked the car up and returned with it a few days later with the issues repaired. Not only did Kam rectify the problem but he went above and beyond the call of duty. He had a full valet inside and out carried out on the car before returning it. He immediately put it right and reassured me if anything else I needed, he would look after us. I would like to thank Kam for been so reliable and honest, the most important thing for me is holding your hands up when an issue arises, they held themselves accountable and made every single effort to resolve and put right. Kam is a great guy, respectful, courteous and very presentable. I feel confident and comfortable using their products and services and wouldn't think twice about recommending and buying from Greenlane Motors in the future.

I didnt get the usual big selling spiel or the breathing down your neck following you around... I got honest, open and genuine customer service, absolutely zero pressure to buy and no pushiness on additional products and services. The lads were lovely and friendly and looked after me well. On the whole I'm really happy with the car and service provided.
