hassle free and not too pushy

The Toyota Auris has been alright so far, I wanted a hybrid, and the Auris was within my budget. The only issue I have is with the cigarette socket not working, which I have been in contact with them about, aside from that, it has been good. Carl at Greenlight was also good, and it was quick.

I found Greenlight Motors on Auto Trader while I was specifically looking for a Golf GTD. The experience at the dealership was pretty good and straightforward. I would recommend them. Solid 4 stars

It was the fact that the Skoda had low mileage that made us go ahead with the purchase. It was Ray who I spoke to at Greenlight Motors, and there were no issues at all.

I simply chose the BMW 3 Series 320D because I liked it when I saw it. Whilst I was buying the BMW, it was easy, I'd definitely buy from them again in the future.

The person I dealt with was so helpful, patient and honest from the start right through to the end. That’s actually the reason I went ahead and got the car there and then. The whole process was really quick as well. His customer service was 10 out of 10. The Audi is a beautiful car, and everyone loves the car.

My new BMW has been good, I went for it mainly as it was more modern than my previous car, and it has a sport package, so it's a bit more fun. Whilst buying the car, everyone was really nice, and it was efficient. Sam made it quick, I was only there for about an hour and a half, and I was on my way. The only downside was that some documents weren’t checked properly, as they were missing a settlement figure from the finance company. This was sorted in the end, and I have been enjoying the car.

The Skoda suited what i needed it for, especially for motorway driving. When I first bought it, the experience was good, and I’d have given it about a 4. Although after the initial purchase I did have a few problems that took a few weeks to get sorted, I travelled down to the dealership, and the problems hadn’t been resolved, so I had to wait a few weeks for it to be ready, and I felt like the communication between the different departments could have been improved, but I am liking the car, and it is a 1.6 Skoda Fabia, and they are normally 1.2, which was another reason I went for it.

Overall it was pretty good, I am loving the BMW 2 Series. When I test drove the car, a handbrake warning light came up, and I was told it would be resolved before I collected the car. Unfortunately, when I got the car home, it came back on. I spoke to the dealership, who advised me to take it to a local garage, get the work done and send the receipt, and they would cover the cost, which they did, but it took over 2 weeks to get the reimbursement. It wasn’t the salesman's fault, as he was very good and helpful. It was more the accounting side. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a 4.5-5 star.
