They have been nothing but helpful! I was quite surprised by how good their after service was. They have been genuinely, trying to help me. They have sorted a couple of issues for me, the charger wasn't in the car, and they have bought a new one and sent it to me. A small bit of metal had flaked away from the gear knob and they have also sourced a replacement part. I cannot fault them, they have been absolutely brilliant.

There was a bit of an issue initially, as when I came to view the car, it was not available and it was not on site. The second time around, everything went straight through.

The Citroen C3 has been sound, I’ve had no issues with it at all. It has been exactly as advertised. I did have an issue regarding the finance, within the first two weeks, I changed finance providers as I got a better offer. I spoke with Greenlight, who said they would handle it for me. I got a call a couple of weeks later regarding a failed direct debit. Fortunately, I had sent an email myself regarding the cancellation. Other than that it has been a good experience, and I would recommend Greenlight.

I got my Volkswagen Touareg from Greenlight Motors, and I've had no issues with it so far! I do think two of the wheels could have been replaced after the MOT, but other than that the service was very good, to be fair, I was impressed!
