The VW Polo’s been mostly good. My Mr's is out in it a lot. I’ve noticed that after about 5 minutes it hits 90 degrees and stays there, which seems fast but is something I’ll keep an eye on. The buying process was handled well. The only downside was that they said they’d put some fuel in it, but they didn’t.

Everything’s alright with the Mercedes so far. I give them a call last week as I’ve noticed some grinding. I’ve already spoken to one of the lads in service but because they are about a 45 minute drive each way, they’ve said I’m welcome to do my own checks and they’re happy to help however they can if anything comes up. Other than that, it’s a lovely motor.

Just bought my Nissan Qashqai from Greenlight Motors — great experience from start to finish. Everything’s been great with the Hyundai. We had a small issue with the sunroof, but they took it straight back and it was sorted out quickly and has been fine since. This is the second car we've had from here, and once again, everything went perfectly at the dealership. The whole process was made really easy. Excellent service all round.

I've been getting on really well with Mercedes, so far, so good. I've used the car a fair bit and have been really pleased. The service is good, and there's no pressure. The only area I think could be improved is the office space because it felt a bit small and not particularly welcoming for waiting customers. A more comfortable, friendly waiting area would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Recently purchased a Toyota and overall, I’m happy with the car, love it. However, I'm a bit concerned about the running noise, so I’ll be getting that checked out soon. Customer service during the sales process was great. The sales team was friendly and efficient, and the finance side was seamless, with no issues at all. That said, the after sales experience wasn't so great. The car had to go in for checks, which I understand and didn't have a problem with, but I was given two different delivery dates that weren’t met. I ended up having to chase for updates and it seemed like only one person knew what was going on.

There are a few small issues, like the rear child lock not working properly and possibly a wheel bearing going, but nothing major so far. When you buy a new or second hand car, you only start to notice things once you’ve used it for a bit. I collected the car on Sunday but was without it for around 200 miles. Thankfully, they delivered it for free the next day and refunded me for my travel by knocking it off the price of the car.

The car is making some beeping noises, which I aren't sure why but otherwise the car is driving okay. I was happy with the service, it was all fine.

The manual book was not provided for the car ie the service history aswell and as and when i do sell the car i will need that
