I will rate my experience a 4 and it will be for good customer service and quick delivery

Everything’s perfect. I was looking around for an A1 and they had one I wanted so I went down to have a look. I wasn’t waiting too long, just waiting on the payment and then we drove it home. Staff were really nice and polite. The guy who dealt with me was very chatty and friendly and accompanied us on the testdrive sat in the back. He was there personally for the handover aswell, id recommend.

I’d seen the car on Autotrader and due to distance, I organised it on the phone. it was quite easy process. Since having the car there are a couple of things not working, I spoke to the dealer who suggested I take the car to a local garage and get a quote then they will see what they can do but I've decided to fix them myself. Four stars due to delay picking the car up as it wasn’t ready no one picked me up from the train station when they said they would but getting the car was my highlight.

Absolutely brilliant, I love everything about it. They sorted the finance out, couldn’t fault them one bit it was brilliant. Ali was amazing, he kept me updated, got back to me quickly. All round fantastic

I liked how quick and easy it was with Greenlight Motors. Saw the car online and did it all on the phone with good communication. Car was clean and good when it arrived but there was a delay on delivery so gave four stars but the car is brilliant, I’m enjoying it.

I thought it was pretty good at the dealership Greenlight Motors. They did well to get me accepted for finance, pretty good with me. Staff we 10/10. Car delivered to me, good communication to organise.

I didn’t have much time to mess about and it wasn’t working out with another dealer so I came across Greenlight Motors. They have loads of cars on their site and I found one I liked. Their communication was fine, got back to me straight away when I called them about a tyre issue, not a problem. Nice people in the office when I spoke to them, Keegan I think, she sent me cars and got me on the website and helped me with the problem I had which I was told would be sorted under warranty. Really happy

Everything’s seems alright at the moment, cant complain. I had a few dealers to try and I’ve not used Greenlight Motors before but they had the Mercedes I liked. Did the deal in one go. I was hoping to have it delivered and they take mine but had to drive down because I was trading in. Can’t complain with the staff, polite as can be. There wasn’t much waiting around, they sorted out what they needed to do and I drove home in the Mercedes. They seemed to know what they were doing.

Aaron was amazing but I spent four weeks waiting for the car. The first car I went for failed on the mot check and another car was due to be delivered but I didn’t hear from then, then I found out the car wasn’t coming. There was a lack of communication hence the and eventually we agreed on the car I bought. Aaron found it quite quickly and the car arrived fine, they drove through the night to deliver it. Chris was incredible emphatic and fantastic. Rachel helped when she was back off annual leave and was really efficient keeping me updated. I’m forever grateful for them sorting me a car out and have recommended them to others.

Cars fine and my experience at the dealership was good. They had good service, no hanging about and away. The deal was sorted before I went to collect. Would use again
