Whole process with Greenlight was just pretty easy and straightforward. When I went to collect the car there was no messing about and no waiting. Adil was spot on, he answered everything I needed to know. I wasn't specifically looking for the BMW, just came across Greenlight online and decided to go and have a look.

Marcus was extremely good. He explained everything so well, kept me updated and really gave me his time. I went and collected the car from them and the handover process was good, he was there to pick me up. Can't complain about anything with the Mercedes.

We were actually originally looking for a Mercedes but ended up buying the Land Rover instead as it was really well looked after for its age. When we viewed the car we noticed the wheels were damaged but Chris went out of his way to tell us a company who could sort this for us and then Greenlight would pay. Overall our experience has been fantastic.

The service at Greenlight was honestly second to none I cannot fault them. I specifically dealt with Rachel who was great but I can say all the staff I spoke to were superb. They were professional, polite, didn't waste my time, answered all my questions. Everyone kept me up to date with what was happening, when it was happening and how it was happening. I would recommend them to others without a doubt.

What stood out to me was the way Chantelle made sure I got approved and got the car I wanted. She told me what emails I did and didn't need to reply to so that I didn't get overwhelmed. I also found her advise of the benefits of all the cars was really truthful. Overall the Toyota has been good, I have no complaints.

I couldn't believe how good the car was, the inside is immaculate. I have always liked the Evoque since they first came out and I was looking online, saw it, liked the colour so brought it. Rachel was so polite and knew what she was doing. She also showed me how to start the car as I didn't have a clue. Really pleased with it! I'd give it six out of five stars.
