One to avoid I’m afraid. 100 mile round trip. Almost to busy to talk to you. A test drive only if you intend to purchase today and an answer for any problem. What a arrogant man Ian is. . Assumed because I arrived in a VW I know nothing about Mercs. Worn clutch, knocking underneath etc. The worst part was his condescending fake smile. Bought a vehicle 2 hrs and 100 miles later in York. Fantastic service, genuine garage

Was a pressured experience, travelled from Kent on the train and was hurried on time as Rob was leaving. The van was sold as a 4motion, it wasn't, its 2 wheel drive! Also on mot it turned out the dpf had been tampered with, sump had a leak and was bodged up with silicone around the main seal! Suspension was lowered and I was told it had a full expensive kit but no, it only had the springs changed! I could keep going but hey, just don't use them!!!

I'm from south wales and I recently purchased a Mercedes Vito 114 CDI Tourer Blue-Tec that I'm so pleased to say its immaculate and a great buy . Rob and Ian were terrific throughout the purchase giving me lots of time holding the vehicle with a deposit before I made the right decision, and so glad I did .. would definitely recommend and will go back ,,,,,,,,, thanks guys!!!!....Mr J,Evans

Have purchased some of my best vans off these guys. Over the years must of had purchased over 12 second hand vans with no real issues. Always lived up to expectations - no drama - no fuss. Have 3 transits which still in daily use after 8 years - if that's not value for money motoring nothing is.

Asked for oil change as part of purchase.oil not changed but heartache claimed it was. Changed oil myself and found plate covering sump bolts rusted in place. Not impressed with lying staff.

MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS CAR DEALER. We purchased a Renault RX4 from this car dealership in February 2015 as a 4X4. Within hours of the vehicle being purchased it began to shake violently. After returning the vehicle we were old the exhaust was hitting underneath the car but decided to have it inspected by an independent garage. The vehicle will cost in excess of £5000 to repair despite it having a 12 month MOT. THE REASON? Gregory Garage WHO DO NOT HAVE A TRAINED MECHANIC WORKING ON THE VEHICLES IN HOUSE.Parts that The vehicle was sold as a 4X4 (however essentially was a 2WD based on parts of the car that had been removed) stating that the vehicle has a full MOT, was fully Alarmed and is in excellent condition. After having the vehicle inspected by an independent garage, the car needs a complete overhaul including, drive shaft, differential, full brake disks and pads, the vehicle electrical system is faulty resulting in the half the vehicle doors remaining unlocked and the alarm is faulty. The vehicle also needs other items addressed. Mr McLean, the owner, is verbally abusive and aggressive and will hang up the telephone when you attempt to contact him. Despite our car having a 3 month warranty BY LAW from the date of purchase, he has refused to accept the return of the vehicle, do any repairs or respond to any correspondence. We are now in the process of taking Gregory Garage to court for selling vehicles contrary to the Sale of Goods Act. MT ADVICE AGAIN IS TO NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
