Honest and professional 100% would recommend and be going back again, Darren was honest from the moment we looked at the car and test drove until the final sale of the car. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently with the finance company meaning it took a total of 3 days (from test drive to collecting). All promises of certain issues we found were dealt with. All staff were very welcoming and professional.

To start off brilliant service. Darren was very informative and helped out to the max and put a lot of effort into the finance for me couldn’t fault him at all. 5 Stars for sales side. However sadly when it comes to warranty and the workshop, let’s the score down for me. Nice guys in the workshop however I told them the problem as I had the same issue with my previous car, it was ignored. Picked my car up hassle free, as was told they tested it and was fixed however it came out slightly worse knocking was still there, now constant and steering is not fixed at all. They done tracking and wheel alignment but still pulls to one side but now also my steering wheel is wonky. Other than the warranty/workshop. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Bought a ford focus for my son from a very helpful Max at the Bobbing site. A very easy and pleasant transaction with no hint of pressure at all. Unfortunately the car has a fault which Neil and his service team are dealing with and they have been extremely helpful so far. I'll provide a further update once the issue with car is resolved.
