No long review right now - but just want to say that you may not be able to control technology BUT you can control how you treat customers. They basically sold me a faulty car and the customer service from HARRY STOCKWELL is appalling. (Max was great though).
Bought bmw x6 from these guys back in December. Great car, great service. Wife was moaning about fuel consumption so went back and bought her a nice little Peugeot 208. Again great service and easy communication. All the guys at Grovehurst are friendly and easy to talk to. 100% reccomend then. Enjoy shopping for your new car 😁

Excellent service. I choose Grovehurst Cars as a result of reading their reviews and ratings. I had bought a car the previous week and it was a disaster and I rejected it, so I was very careful about selecting a replacement. Darren was very professional and when I picked up the car, they had done the work that I had asked to be done, which they didn't really have to. The handover was easy and when I found a headlight not to be working, they fixed it for me. The only negative comment I can leave is that in polishing the car ready for handover, there were smears on the windows and paintwork :) Otherwise, a pleasure to do business with.

Great service from first contact to driving away, everything was 1st class. Friendly, knowledgeable team. Darren looked after me very well, answered all of my questions. visited Grovehurst Used Car & Finance Supermarket on the 06/08/19 to view a car that I have been looking for. The vehicle exceeded my expectations it was as clean as it would be brand new it drove like a dream on the test drive and i was very happy with it so I purchased it! Can’t wait to pick it up. Darren the salesman is a real gentleman, polite, friendly and honest. He wasn’t pushy or trying to convince me into buying it. Really nice guy and great company with friendly service. Wife bought a car from Grovehurst Cars.After having car two days found a number of faults which They failed to fix . Would never recommend them. They Will do anything to stop true negative reviews so it all looks good but please do you research before handing money over.
