I ordered a land rover defender from amir the saleman and waited 10 months for delivery. After 10 months my car arrived for collection and i noticed the passenger door was a slight different colour so i used a paint gauge on it and confirmed the car door had been damaged and repainted. Now they are ignoring me even thou they tried to sell me a damaged car. How many other new cars that have been repaired have been sold as new from knutsford?? Cowboys Avoid Avoid Avoid…

Took my Range Rover Sport in for a service and MOT here and the entire experience went from bad to worse. The price went up from the moment we walked through the door for no apparent reason. Charged an excessive amount for front disc and brake pads (£1,200). Quoted for work that was evidently unnecessary (as it had been completed elsewhere a week prior). Kept delaying the timeframe for collection. Ran out of time for a valley clean. Despite the final bill being double what was originally quoted over the phone, the customer service here was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Every agent we spoke to had conflicting advice. The “manager” threatened not to give our keys back if we didn’t pay the full amount when we questioned the price. If the people that worked here weren’t so rude it would have made a world of difference. Good manners go a long way. Not sure our £1,800 went very far at all.

From going into the showroom to collecting the car only took one week thanks to Holly managing my expectations. We got what we believed to be a good deal without having to play too many games unlike many other of the competition. A very satisfied customer.

I was looking for a Discovery Sport Black Edition and was dealt with by Neil Harrison who was professional from the start and went through the car with me and although I found a couple of faults with the car he assured me they would be fixed before I collected the car, On the day I picked the car up all the faults were fixed and communication was faultless. From walking into the showroom to drop off my vehicle till collecting 4 hours late the service Wes excellent. Ruth Humphries took my key and went through the details with me and although I had not booked a “wait for my car service” I asked Ruth if she could have my vehicle ready for collection at 1pm. Ruth would try her best and ring me when ready. Well, her best was achieved, I got the call the my car would be ready for collection at 1, washed and ready to drive away. Having visited a number of Land Rover dealerships, leaving my details and outlining the vehicle spec I was looking for , I waited patiently for the call back which never came. I made a general enquiry through Land Rover and within 24 hours I received an e mail from Neil Harrison who had found a vehicle matching my spec . Despite me being on a riverbank in Norfolk fishing we managed to get a deal put together . At no time did I ever feel under pressure to make an early decision and after sitting in the vehicle a couple of days later the formalities were completed with the minimum of fuss.
