Great van. Sadly arrived with no MOT (as promised) and no back door key (dead-lock shut). Felt as soon as money changed hands they didnt want to know. The MOT I arranged wasnt reimbursed (as promised)- owner more interested in reciting his spiel than sorting. I'm now having to fork out to open the back doors on a van I spent 11k on. You'd think in all those years of business you'd have learned something. Nail in the tyre to boot

This is the worst place ive been to buy a van. A van thats not even two years old sold in a show room should be perfect. Thats the point of buying from a van centre. After seeing the van i said id love it, as soon i it came out of showroom it was all different colours. Straight away they said they would do it. was rushed and masking tape left on the top and stuck there even now. I noticed a number of things wrong with it and all the two related staff could say was its under warranty get them to sort it. Im not happy that after six months my van is in the workshop again trying to put a starting problem right. My argument is that i could of gone to an auction and saved the middle man as this company offers no responsibility from the moment you purchase, Only offers rubbish paint work done on site and messed around vans. the van handle fell off as soon as i tried to open. Please note i dont normally take time to say things like this, but my advice is to buy somewhere else. The owner of business is not there and the staff are not great at all, genuine review, gutted ive had to give 1 Star as not deserved

Absolutely shocking customer service from Capels Van Centre. I travelled an hour and a half to view a car on Friday to which I had agreed via email I would visit on said day. We then arrived and found that the car was out being loaned to some guy as his van was being taken in for an MOT... at this point I was gutted and a little bit annoyed, but I said ok I can't wait round until 4pm, this was at 12ish with two kids- we didn't know the area- I said if you can put an MOT on it I will be back when it's ready - the sales patter was strong ... It didn't need to be because I was ready to buy it! I'd checked the car's MOT history- I was ready to buy it after viewing it, I wasn't given the option to put a deposit down- the sales person took my name and number and told me he would ring as soon as the car has been for it's MOT... Low and behold I was waiting for a call, so today I rang before travelling the hour and a half - lucky I did because if we had and found out the car had gone I would not have been impressed at all. On the phone, the sales person tried to blame me! For not calling to check and for not asking to put a deposit down! How am I meant to know that was an option if it's not given to me?! Absolutely abysmal. The one thing I am apologetic for is getting upset and yes shamefully I swore...but it’s so frustrating when on the phone when the sales person was trying to justify and over talk me, attempting to blame me and justify their reasoning, I get it, they have to sell their stock... My argument is, I was promised a call to let me know when the car was ready! I didn't even get a courtesy call to say the car had been sold!

I bought a van and had them to convert it to a campervan they have gone out of their way to make everything possible to be write very good aftersale nothing to much trouble for them Gerry has looked after us superbly so has Dave and Siemon I would recommend to all my friends what a good professional team they have at Capels Vans it's been a pleaser to go back and see them even the secatry comes down to make you tea or coffee Cheers lads keep up the good job that you do all the best for the featur 👍👍my email address is terrygeorge851@hotmail.com

I purchased a car from here back in June. It was clean and in really good condition and up to now I have had no major issues with it. it was great value for money and the dealers have been really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

The guy who went through everything for me was really good and helpful. After the sale went through i noticed the spare tyre was missing so called them up to let them know and he actually bought this down to my house for me. What a lovely gesture, i certainly wasnt expecting that
