So my partner brought a car from here within a week it had broke down and they tried to blame him ! To cut a long story short avoid if possible or if they do sell you a faulty car and you’ve had financing for the car through Santander then go straight to Santander and they will sort it for you as they did for us it’s taken over 12 months but now been told we are getting the full costs back . I hope this helps others as it’s little known that the finance company will help and investigate.

Purchased 2 swifts over the last 6 months one broke down due to the battery not being connected properly the other i picked up just over a week ago and was prepared for pick up very poorly wont be going back

Brought my BMW 2 series from Halesowen Motor House. After over a month of ownership the car is running great and any problems I have faced Adam has quickly resolved from me even with the problems with lockdown. Highly recommend!

This garage service department is impossible to get in touch with. Initially offered a call back. A day and a half later still waiting Called them again put through no answer so gave up. Tried booking online. Got an email back from the Service Manager to say they would call me back. Guess what, still waiting. Tried again put through and after approx 7 mins on hold I was cut off. Customer service at its best.
