A recent car sale has proved disastrous. Took the car to a friend as it didn't seem to be running right. The experienced mechanic said not only had the head gasket gone but the engine had been replaced and the head gasket had an attempted repair to it. We are now left with a heap and the salesman doesn't want to know. Even sending threatening texts. The next step is TS

Had to get Trading standards involved, sold a car with no end of problems (had a RAC inspection done as was told I knew nothing when I went back to the garage with issues). I asked Paul for my money back and was told he would take money off for usage (fair enough) He then told me he needed me to have the log book (after contacting DVLA he had not sent the log book to them so I wouldn't have it. I contacted him and told him there would be a wait on the log book, and I would be in contact when I had it. When I received it, he told me he would knock more money off the vehicle as I had had it another 2 months (stationary on my drive in the way). I had had it a while before the log book came, but he agreed on this when first contacted. Only after I asked him if he was part of the ADR scheme (he's not) did he agree to return the vehicle. I later learnt that he didn't need the log book to return the vehicle. I did eventually get the money but after a lot of headache.

I bought a Honda Civic from these guys about a year and a half ago. I waited this long so I could leave an informed review. The car is a dream, super reliable only had one small issue when I first got the car, just a small one, fairly cheap to fix and actually didn’t need doing in order for the car to be functional. The gentleman (you’ll have to excuse me, I forgot his name) delivered the car to me (at an extra cost of course) I believe he drove over 200 miles each way which I could not have been more grateful for. The only bugbear I have and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 would be that a few scratches were covered up so when I first saw the car it was not visible but when it rained the scratches were revealed, it was also not made clear to me that there was a small gap between the bumper and the front right light which has now caused it to rust inside. I’d have been happy if they were 100% honest and pointed these out to me, I would have bought the car anyway so there was no need to pretend they weren’t there. Other than that I was and still am very happy with the car and the service. I would definitely use these guys again should I decide to (or need to) change cars.

Did a part exchange and got a car with no end of problems. Fixed them one by one but eventually took back and got old car back which he claimed to have repaired. Got 5 miles and it broke down and he would not sort. Avoid rogue dealer

Purchased car last month very very pleased , nothing was too much trouble and and Paul was very professional and courteous , changed battery (as car had been stood awhile ) and delivered it to my house , he noticed a little problem when driving it and immediately said he would put it right , very honest of him i thought i would not hesitate to purchase another car from Paul when the time comes and would recommend him to everyone.

Lovely and helpful service and true to his word has sorted out the couple of issues I had with a good warranty and follow up
