I bought a Saab from Hallam & Sutherns, the car was clean, and im 100% sure the car was good value for money. I came across this dealership while looking for a specific Saab on AutoTrader. I really cant fault them and that why I would definitely recommend them.

Things are very seldom what they seem in the car game. Be very careful taking your car to them to fix. They come across very smiley and helpful. Oh and don't forget the free courtesy car to reel you in. Then what they first said is the problem and charge you well above the usual rate for isn't fixed and they want to charge you again to fix what they should have done in the first place. This by the way is illegal and when they tried it on me they had to complete the work free of charge,all the fake smiles disappeared when what I saw as their attempted con had failed. Consumer rights act 2015 usual bit of info. Makes you wonder how many times they may have done this to the less informed saab or Volvo owner. Oh when they couldn't get anymore money out of me the now less than polite owner said "don't come back" bit of a redundant statement as why would I, when as far as I'm concerned he's a conman.
