Only issues I've had with my Citreon C1 was that the tyre pressure light come on the car as I was driving it home and after pulling over I noticed they were all different and above the legal requirement. The car has been good since sorting it out and all has been okay.

Really happy with my Renault Captur from Hallmark Car Sales Ltd. I had no problems with the customer service I received, it was a really easy process and since owning the car it's been great, I'm happy with it. I haven't got a bad word to say about them.

4 Stars. Had to spend on repairs in 1st month. Wheel bearing shot. Also rumble from front offside wheel which I worry about.

"Volvo V40 has been Grand"

My Volvo V40 has been Grand. The salesman was a nice chap. It was my first time visiting Hallmark, and it was brilliant. The only thing stopping me from giving it full marks is that the quality of the tyres on the car when I purchased it was not great.

I am sorry you are disappointed by the tyres on your car. All cars are mot tested at a local mot centre we have used for many years without issues. They are authorised to replace anything that fails on mot without even contacting me, and we spend a fortune with them each month with repairs, services and mot’s, so it would not be in there interests to pass a cars mot with tyres that were not legal. We work hard to supply clean and cared for cars that always leave us with a new mot and service along with a 6 month warranty for peace of mind. If you could bring the car in we would be happy to inspect your tyres and if necessary resolve your concern. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange bringing it in.

The only disappointing part of my experience with Hallmark Cars was that the air conditioning was not working. I had to pay £156 to get it regassed. I informed Hallmark Cars, but they did not offer any reimbursement and simply said it is not covered under the warranty.

I am sorry we have caused dissapointment on an otherwise entirely good experience. We did make very clear though that we do not pay to regas air con units as the gas is a consumable. We sold the car at below rrp with a new mot, service and a 6 month warranty that cost us approx £400 and we struggle to balance keeping our prices as keen as possible and our cars being the best they can be.
We do appreciate your custom and I am sorry if we caused disappointment
