I went to Hallmark Car Sales to view the Kia Ceed, and the salesman was forthcoming enough, taking me on a test drive with no problems. I had to fix a brake light that I thought would have been fixed during the MOT, but the process was smooth and easy enough. I would give my experience a 3.5-star rating.

We live locally to Hallmark Car Sales and were just driving around local dealerships to view cars when we spotted the Peugeot 3008 at their dealership. We are happy that we went with the Peugeot in the end, and I would have to give the dealership five out of five.

This is the second car we have bought from Hallmark Car Sales in the last year, and the staff are absolutely brilliant. I can’t stress it enough, there is no pressure when buying, and if you have any problems whatsoever, they get them resolved straight away. The Polo we bought this time is for my daughter, and she is loving it.

I cannot fault anyone at the dealership. My previous experience at a different dealership was not good, so I had lost all faith and trust in dealerships. But so far, it has been amazing, and I am really happy with how everything has gone.

The Ford Fiesta has been alright. When I was buying the car, I checked to see if there was a spare wheel as I had never driven a car without one, and there wasn’t. To my surprise, when I came back to collect the car, they had gone to the trouble of getting me a spare tyre, which I really appreciated.

The Citroen C4 that I purchased from Hallmark Car Sales has been great, and I was really happy with the customer service I received at the dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people.
