4-star rating only because the price on the website differed by £250 from the price on the vehicle when I arrived. But the Vauxhall Zafira was a good find online. I absolutely love it. I am a very happy customer, and the customer service was excellent.

I am really happy with my car from Hallmark, it is lovely. I went for a Ford Zetec, and I’ve been using it here and there, including a few longer trips, and haven’t come across any issues. The customer service from the team at Hallmark was great. Malcolm was friendly, and I didn’t feel any pressure or pushiness from him while purchasing the vehicle. I do feel like there is some room for improvement, such as giving the car a deeper clean and addressing other little things, but overall, I am very happy with the whole experience.

Me and my partner have bought cars from Hallmark in the past and we have always had a pleasant experience. I went for a Vauxhall Crosslander as I needed a bigger boot and I am really enjoying it so far, it is a great vehicle.
