Can't believe there is a poor review here stating that they have rude staff with a bad attitude. What rubbish! We went to Halstead Trade Cars yesterday and bought a lovely little car. My mum needed a new car and I found just what she wanted at Halstead Trade Cars. Upon arrival at the showroom Joe and the team really couldn't have made us feel more welcome, we were shown over the car, offered a test drive and left along to discuss our thoughts. The car was immaculate already but Joe wanted to valet it before we took it away. Mum's new shiny BMW X3 was delivered later that afternoon on a trailer, I had one happy mum. There was unfortunately a small issue with the gearbox that reared its ugly head shortly after delivery. This was not an issue for them, the car was collected again and taken to a specialist gearbox company. To my utter surprise there was no question or "it's not our problem!" from anyone at the showroom. David and Joe could not have done more to get the car fixed asap, and I would imagine at great expense to them. This was over and above service I had ever received, far surpassing that received from several big BMW main dealers over the years. I would very rarely big up used car dealers, but these guys really are at the top of their game. They are even going to be sourcing a car myself very soon. If you want a great car and even greater service from guys that really care about their customers then you can't go wrong visiting these guys.

Cannot be faulted. My wife and i were extremely pleased with the level of service we received from Halstead Trade Cars and the staff were excellent. I would definitely recommend people going to see them if they want to buy a car.

We bought a lovely mini from a man called Dave at Halstead trade cars and are delighted with it. The service we got was better than a main dealer and the car a lot cheaper too. I would recommend them to anyone.

The owner of Halstead cars may very well be a nice guy, but the other salesman forget it. Rude, has a very bad attitude and really couldn't have cared less if he sold the car or not. Avoid this place it isn't even a car dealer its a garage!! If your looking for polite considerate people go elsewhere, this place could turn you off buying a car for life

I bought a BMW 320d M-Sport from Halstead Trade Cars in may 2015 and had a great deal. The car is faultless and I would recommend this garage to a friend anytime. I got a great deal, good service and a good warranty...10/10.

Good experience with the dealer, flexible and informative and when gave deadlines they were adhered to. Cant say a bad word. Car still drives lovely to this day.
