I purchased my Hyundai i10 from their Portsmouth branch. I recieved great service and was allowed as much time with the car as I wanted. They allowed us plenty of space and time to make a decision about the car and provided us with teas and hot chocolates. Bought the car on the understanding fault would be repaired, it wasn’t. Reluctant to pay for repairs, after several trips back to the garage they agreed to swap the car.. but got annoyed when I didn’t want to swap with the cars they offered. These people are full of sh*t and the cars are massively overpriced. After care service is shocking. Now stuck with a faulty car!!

They are so professional up until they get your money then the car has faults and they deny any responsibility. The car was sold to me with manufacture recalls and when it was checked by main dealer, more problems were raised and when talking to Hampshire cars about it they didn’t want to help. The warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on

I'd recommend Hampshire Car Sales because they are extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. Didn’t feel under any pressure, a really comfortable experience. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Big thank you for Mr. Andrew Wilson, he was fantastic !
