The Vauxhall Combo has been good with no issues and the dealership were nice and efficient.

My previous van broke down, so I needed a van quickly, and the guys at Hampshire Vans were very accommodating in assisting me. I would return to them in the future and would also recommend them to others.

Time seems to have flown & I’ve been rather busy since acquiring my Citroen Berlingo Multispace from Hampshire Vans - end May which I am enjoying & getting to know after a smaller car - I meant to get back to you & give feedback before now. I ‘d rate my overall experience 4.8 if that’s possible! Andy & Declan who assisted me we’re both really helpful & attentive & another who made a most welcome coffee. Slight frustration that Gov Tax website would not allow set up for monthly payments I but seemed a problem on the site - not really your fault & on checking through warranty details I was emailed found wrong dates entered for last MOT but when I called them they did seem to have correct dates so again not your fault! Took a while to figure out setting correct time on internal clock! (probably why had been left an hour behind!) & I seem to have an intermittent clunking sound on releasing brake pedal which may be a thing with the model? - I noticed it was mentioned in one of first service records but nothing conclusive. Online searches suggest various things including the heat so just keeping an eye on it at the moment. I don’t often do feedback as it just takes me too long but buying a car is a big thing & one I’ve not done on my own before. Your guys certainly made the process straight forward & relaxed & answered all questions, plus the fact that Andy was able to arrange a part exchange for my car when I know you’re in really a van dealer definitely helped me make my decision. One minor point if you like honesty(!)The car was generally spotless except for the tiresome grooves in the lid of the rollback storage compartment between front seats (maybe there’s a special tool for this?- an old toothbrush did the trick!)

Fantastic company to get a van from. The salesman that looked after me was great, there was no pressure from his side while I was at the dealership. I ended up driving away in the Vauxhall Corsa Van and since getting it back in May, it's been really good.

The lads at Hampshire Vans are legends, I can't speak highly enough of them. I was really impressed with them, actually. I got a Volkswagen Caddy Maxi from them back in May, it's been my daily workhorse since, and I'm very happy with it. Definitely 5 stars.

Ed and Andy were really good to me while I was at Hampshire Vans. The service was brilliant and I can't complain about how they handled anything to be honest. The van has a couple of things that I need to take a look into but they have that many vans in and out it happens.

Other than the van has got to go in the garage on Friday because it's loosing coolant, it's been alright. Once I noticed the issue, I called Hampshire Vans, and they were a great help in getting it in, there was no push back at all. I just hope it's something that can be covered under the warranty.
