The easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. George the guy who seems to run it was honest, didn’t try to hide anything, arranged M.O.T and service a really positive experience. Fair price fir a good car.

Unjustified comments about my supposed nationality. After asked what was wrong with the vehicle - was told nothing - yet since leaving the garage have kept noticing problems. Staff acted as if open and honest - they are not. Listen carefully, ‘what if I told you it was already sold’ does not mean they’ve already sold it. Turned back on agreed price. I would never buy a car from Hampton Hill Motor Company again. And strongly suggest you don’t either!

I have had no issues at all with my Vauxhall Insignia from Hampton Hill. It was lovely and clean when I collected it and I have had no issues with it at all so far! The dealers were friendly and the car is worth every penny. I would recommend!

Brought a Citroen C4 from Hampton Hill Motor Company back in June for my son after his other car got written of after it was hit buy someone. Anyway took the Citroen out for a test drive notice a couple of things and Dom said he would deal with them. We brought the car a couple of days later after he had delt with the bits. Then when when my son got home we noticed a problem with the car radio and passenger door lock. Rung up Dom who said they are closed and he is of on holiday back in a couple of weeks. My son need the car as he was working in Dorset for 6 weeks and traveling. When he came back I took the car into a Citroen dealer who gave it the once over and their was an endless list of problems. It cost me £1500.00 to sort the car out and cost my son £1900:00 to buy the car. As you can imagine I'm piss off. I went back to Dom and explained the problems and he said he would reimburse me some of the cost. 8 months later I'm still waiting and just had a call from my son he is in Wolverhampton and just got a flat trouble is the key to unlock the security nut is missing and it's going to cost me to get this sorted. So on my advise to anyone considering buying a car from this company DON'T YOU'LL GET RIPPED OF AND BE FOR EVER PAYING FOR IT. Dom at Hampton Hill Motor Company is the biggest liar I've ever come across

I bought my first Citroen c4 grand Picasso from this dealer after 2 weeks something went wrong I took it back and was told it will take a few days to be repaired. The dealer lied on his adds saying the car had only one owner and when I confronted him he said it was a mistake. As I work in the community I needed a car Asap the dealer offered me another car same make model with lower mileage but I had to give him more money. There again he spoke to me on the phone and I had a witness with me and he said one owner only but when I looked at the papers it said 4 owners. II had no choice and agreed to that. Since then what can I say it's gone all wrong. As soon as the warranty was over I've had endless problem with the car. To sums it up 9 months down the line I'm having to scrap the car which cost me 4500. Took it to Citroen and they've said there's so many things that's wrong with it it's not worth repairing. Air con didn't work from the beginning. He is basically a liar who will sell you dodgy cars. Citroen has prepared a report on the car and I'm taking this further. Please be aware when you buy from this dealer take your car to the main garage and ask for an in depth diagnostic so that you can have everything coffered under his warranty. On top of that he gives you the reassurance thT the car has been checked over by a garage. He has also stamp the book just to say it's been properly service.

No lies were told. Car broke down after 6 weeks, because as you mentioned, you drive for living, you use an old family car as a taxi. The car was showing 4000 miles more than it had when purchased. Only in 6 weeks. Even minicab drivers know that you need a new car to do that kind of mileage. Also, I offered you a full refund due to the ad discrepancy and still you insisted on buying another car from me which I regrettably agreed on. The second car was newer with less miles, hence it was more expensive. All that said, I genuinely am sorry that you experienced so many issues with this car.

Back in August I bought a Citroen C4 from Hampton Hill Motor Company. The car was clean and in good condition but unfortunately he suspension went after only a couple of days so I sent the car back to them. So I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Amazing service! good company to deal with. I bought a Citroen C4 back in June and its been fab. It was really nice and clean and just as described. The dealers were super friendly and happy to help. Would recommend for sure.

Really good experience, excellent dealership. Not had any issues at all and I am really happy with my Ford Focus. I would highly recommend this dealership.
