Straightforward and smooth process. From start to finish it was really easy with no problems. They did hold the vehicle for a little bit to make sure everything was fixed and that I wouldn’t have any issues, which I appreciated. They kept me updated and I am really pleased with the vehicle.
Giving a 4 out of 5 as nothing is perfect and I feel even the best places have room for improvement.

Simon was absolutely brilliant. He could not have done anything more. He helped me pick out the best vehicle for me, provided top notch communication, and was professional throughout. The vehicle I got, I am over the moon with. It has been good as gold so far. I couldn't recommend this dealership and Simon enough. Definitely the place to go!

Absolutely fantastic service from Simon and the Team. From looking to buying my new van was a breeze. Simon couldn't be more helpful he was there every step of the way informing me when there were updates or if I had any questions. He even got a tow bar fitted on the van. Can't recommend them enough. Such a great bunch at Hamworthy. A lot different to the typical pushy dealership and salesman. They are all really down to earth and honest about everything. There is no trying to pressure you into a sale. If I wanted it, I could have it, and if I didn’t, that was also fine. It was really refreshing to deal with them. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great service from Graham. From start to finish he was responsive and kept me updated. I got the vehicle delivered to me, it was 15 minutes late but that really wasn't anything. I am really happy with my experience. There is an issue with the tyre pressure system however Graham is looking into it for me and I am sure it will get sorted. I am giving a 5 out of 5 based off my experience. Very pleased.

Simon couldn't have done enough for me. He is a great salesman and is running a smooth operation! He kept in touch with me and replied to my emails as soon as he possibly could. He was polite and courteous. Any questions were answered in detail. There was a delivery delay, but this was due to traffic, so very understandable. I couldn't be more satisfied with Hamworthy Car Centre. I would highly recommend Simon. Couldn't be more thankful.
