Originally was looking for a Megane but then saw the coupe at Hardings Renault. What a car. James knew his stuff and there was no pressure to buy. James was very helpful and a good salesman. Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend Hardings for a quality used Renault. Thanks James Ty

The sales dept and service desk are very helpful and the mechanics are second to none and always do a super job All staff are friendly, in fact you become a friend not just a customer. Am a driver with over 30 years experience and have had 6 previous cars. Bought a Renault Mégane cabriolet from these guys about 5 years ago, which I LOVE it's the most fun car ever. They service and MOT it every year - as well as our family car. They allowed me a test drive for as long and far as I wanted which is very unusual and not a courtesy extended to me by other dealers. If I have any queries they've always looked at it for me with no fuss from day one. Their charges are reasonable and they don't fleece me unlike previous services we've had. The staff are friendly and have great banter which is always welcoming.

Complete waste of time, unprofessional & rude organisation. This place is not even a Renault sales dealership, they don't tell you that however rater obvious when you get to their 1980's location. Went to buy a Renault for my 95 year old dad, had to travel for 3 hours in total only to get there to buy a car with a ripped seat, faulty heater and dodgy loose console. It was supposed to be a low mileage car, it was clearly not inspected and not fit for sale. He knew an old man was travelling over 100 miles but he could not care the slightest!!! Its places like Hardings Renault that give the trade a bad name.
