We bought a Mazda CX5 which showed evidence of an oil issue towards the end of the warranty period. The garage were very helpful and eventually spent over £ 1000 on the repair. Very pleased with their response and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! I repeat do not buy from this money grabbing false man! Sold me a car for 7k and have had it 4 months!! It’s got 1k+ problems with it, when we was given a clean MOT! I was pregnant and had my children with me and he still didn’t have the heart to not sell just was thinking of the money! So with a clean mot we was given ironically the same problems we have now was the problems from previous mot to clearly we have just got a bent mot!! Please please read these before purchase, the man is a brilliant liar, and I don’t have the money to just fix it or buy another! A shame cause he seems so nice but clearly just a money grabbing selfish man! I have also reported him to trading standards and emailed him about this problem and has dodge me completely.

Had to complain regarding Volvo PX15 LDZ. Has serious mechanical faults which I am suspicious as to whether they have been put right given the speed at which it was put back on the forecourt.

I discovered this company via the Internet and very sceptical about buying a car this way , I need not to have been . I could not have received a better and more experience service had I have been in Monte Carlo and purchasing a fleet of Ferrari . From start to finish I received help , advice and support and achieved a deal I was extremely happy with whilst trading in my Mini Cooper . The car was delivered to me In Shropshire by Russ and a colleague and exceeded all my expectations and as I’m a techno phobe a Russ’s colleague even connected my mobile to the Bluetooth system and I now have not only a hands free phone but a fabulous car . I have recently bought a Z4 from Grant and Russ and was blown away by their helpful service. I needed to source a car during lockdown as a surprise birthday present for my husbands 50th and Grant was amazing. He gave me all the information I needed to make a difficult decision at a distance, with the reassurance of their warranty. They even delivered the car, managing to keep my secret, making the surprise even better and thanks to them it was all seamless! Avoid Harlequin Motor Company! Was sold a vehicle in August 'with warranty' but have had to spend £2k on it and all items conveniently are not covered by any warranty. Dealer confirmed the car has extensive service history anf was owned by a 'friend' but when I arrived they could not produce paperwork and had handwritten some history into the book - strange. They had their story in check and seemed to be a reputable dealer based on online reviews so I did not make a big issue of it. Oh how wrong i was. Vehicle has broken down a few times now including a fuel pump issue, snapped belt and also had the gearbox fail on the car completely. Dealer initially accepted my calls when I raised an issue but has since washed their hands with me. I have had to do the following: Tracking/wheel alignment, camber/toe alternator belt and tensioner 6xcoil pack and spark plugs rocker cover gasket sump gasket 2 x engine mounts gearbox bushes gearbox connector sleeve, sump, seals replacement after the gearbox completely failed to select any gears and had to be towed away. The issues with the vehiclr are still ongoing. I am now £2,000 down since I purchased the car 2/3months ago.

Was sold a car by Harlequin Motor Company that was dangerous with 2 very young children tires was 7 years old with wires hanging out off them and we're also mishaped noises coming from the clutch was ment to have free 3 months worth off AA cover but never got it spoke to them and they said to take it back so they can do the mot witch was promised brand new but they kept changing the date finally got there and was told the macanic had already been and gone!! Stay away from this place

Just whent back to harlaquin Motors had to call out AA rear brake binding on AA said I need new caliper £96.00 told salesman no problem phoned Kingswood autos ordered one straight away what more can I say good service
