The whole process of buying a car from Harrogate Audi couldn't have gone better, I will definitely be going back again for my next car, no doubt about it.

I went to the Dealership with a few goals of which was to have a car that was an automatic, not hard on my back due to my disability and with better mpg than my Tiguan at 36. The salesman sold me an s-line which on the shortest test drive in the world. All seemed OK as mpg stats looked good and I was assured the ride was not an issue for my disability. Within a couple of days I went back as the car was doing just 32mpg and not the 54mpg company figure it was sold on and secondly the ride was so hard it was causing severe spinal pain. The dealership said it would take it back as it was there mistake and sold me another car at over £5000 more money knowing I couldn't afford it. I was offered this or stick with the one both incorrectly sold and not fit for purpose. I felt I had no option and even though the finance figures looked low I was assured yet again I had not lost any money. It turned out that this last statement was false as I had in fact lost close to £4000 as the dealership are now saying " I changed my mind " and as such they offered me a fair price of £12000 for the car they sold me just 7 days earlier for £15688. Harrogate Audi never said at any stage I was not going to get the price of my car back. I was told repeatedly that the transaction was effectively null and void and I would get what I paid for it. At no stage did they tell me that I was getting £3688 less than I paid for it despite it not being fit for purpose under the sale of goods act. I would never go to Harrogate Audi again or any other in the Sytner Group. They are not honest and what they tell you is not always correct. Avoid Harrogate Audi at all costs.
