Bought a mazda 6 off Harrow Motorhouse, it was supposed to have a full main dealer service history and unblemished in terms of bangs. I have my own mechanic fit a new hitch and lo and behold, the right rear was crashed and the boot was leaking water. No response from them when I contacted them. Avoid
Car I bought from this company has had no end of problems. It has cost a fortune in repairs Do not use these people read all their reviews most of them bad . They deserve it ! Avoid at all costs. Be warned !!!

AVOID Harrow Motorhouse!. Terrible customer service and the warranty doesn't worth a penny. Plus, they sell as a RAC approved dealer but they only charge for the service but they don;t offer the RAC services they should offer with every sale. I complained to RAC they were surprised to hear this. They are now closing and run away!! They guy there Darren/Derryl from Dunstable/Luton and another one Justin are just selling lies. Avoid!

I had problems with these guys back when they were called MK Motorhouse, just look up those reviews. They then moved and changed to Harrow Motorhouse, again terrible reviews. They still have 2 more branches, search Ampthill Motorhouse and the newly opened Cranfield Motorhouse. They all operate under the company name Motorhouse Group Ltd which is owned by the same family. After one branch fails they just move to another location. Don't believe if they told you they lost their jobs, you will find all the same people moved to one of these branches.
Do not buy from Harrow Motor House, they sell faulty cars. The car I bought broke down within a month, they refuse to look into it. Asked for a refund they refused. Just look at their google reviews, there are a lot of people being put through the same thing. I don't know how these guys sleep at night? If I could vote 0 stars I would.

I bought a car from Harrow Motorhouse great Value and had no issues with it.I bought August last year.sorry to hear about your issues.
spoke to the sales guy at harrow motorhouse,been to 3 other dealers before viewing a car at harrow,test drove and purchased the car. Great dealer and no problems with the car so far.
Just check the reviews for MK Motorhouse in Bletchley me Milton Keynes. I don't need to say anymore!
I had been looking for a BMW coupe 3 series when I found Harrow Motorhouse had 2 I was interested in,I booked an appointment and spoke to the salesman regarding the vehicles in question.I travel 1 hours 30 mins to view,I didn't want to be disappointed traveling this distance.I turned up at Harrow Motorhouse and I was impressed in the selection they had.i bought the BMW coupe and I have it 3 months now.so glad I travelled the distance to buy a great car.great guys well recommend.gary harris
