We recently bought a Ford S-Max as a secondary backup car. We have put a few hundred miles on the clock and not had any problems. Jack was a grand bloke, he was always on the phone making sure we were up to date with everything.

Mo was the salesman that I dealt with on the day, and he was brilliant. The Ford Ranger I bought has been running well. Although I do think that communication when it comes to the aftersales is an area that they could improve on.

I bought the car, the Ford Fiesta, for my son. The car has been fine since we bought it, and the buying experience was good. I'd give it 4.5 stars, it would have been a 5 if there was a bit more room for negotiating.
