Honestly, I cannot fault this dealership at all. The staff were lovely, Ellis in particular who was helping me when I bought my Citroen C3. When I viewed the car there was lots of scratches and a dint on the bonnet but the guys there did wonders on it, it looked in mint condition when I came back, you wouldn't have known they were even there to start with, also the redid the MOT as well for me, saves me a job and gives extra reassurance which I was really happy with.. Hartington Motors were fantastic and I would return to them without hesitation.

When I bought my Audi A4 from Hartington Motors, Mo was the salesman who was helping me, and I can't complain with the service he provided to me throughout the sale. There are a few niggles with the car, that they have agreed to get sorted, couple of scratch's on the car and bits and bobs, so I'm just awaiting a appointment to bring this in to get sorted, so overall quite happy.

Everything is going great with the BMW 1 Series I recently bought from Hartington Motors. Ellis was the salesman and he was helpful and answered all my questions, I did part exchange my old vehicle and found I did get a fair price for this and was a quite simple process. When I found Hartington Motors on Auto Trader, the description of the Clio I was interested in was very detailed and when I went to see the car it matched this completely, so no nasty surprised. The gent who helped me was Mo and he was super helpful, answering all my questions and I don't see any reason why I wouldn't use them again in the future and I'd definitely recommend to others.

Ellis was the salesman at Hartington Motors when I was buying the Skoda Fabia and he was good to deal with. Friendly enough, and explained everything along the way. All is fine with the Fabia, it's running well and cheap on insurance which is great. I am still awaiting some service documents to get delivered to me, but overall quite happy and would Return!

Bought a motor of Hartington Motors last month and from the very start the staff have been amazing to deal with, they answered my questions and queries which filled me with confidence. Delivery day came and I got a gutting message to say the thermostat housing was playing up so they needed to take it back to replace it! Annoying but also very pleased that they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are fully satisfied with the purchase. After a few weeks of driving the car I noticed the battery wasn't up to scratch and the window washer reservoir was cracked. I messaged Hartington Motors and they was more than happy to cover all costs. Would definitely buy future cars of Hartington motors and would recommend them to anyone
