I am extremely satisfied with the entire car-buying process. The salesperson, Mo, provided excellent service from start to finish, ensuring every detail was taken care of. I’ve had two bad experiences buying cars elsewhere in the past, but this time, I’m absolutely giving a 10 out of 10. I look forward to the opportunity to purchase another car from Mo in the future and will definitely recommend the company to my friends.

My wife has brought a car from these guys which is why I went down. They have been great to be fair, I’m loving the new BMW.

In the process of getting the car sorted as I had a minor issue with it, but Hartingtons are fixing it for us. Throughout my whole experience with them they have been amazing, they have kept me updated and, in the loop, and communicated with me while the car is being sorted. They have always been really nice and just did everything well. They offered me a courtesy car whilst mine is being sorted, but I refused as I was worried, I would like it more than the car I brought!

Heading down to Hartington Motors has been a great experience. The new car drives really well, so I can’t fault them. I have never been down to these guys before, but they were amazing, Jack was a top lad, he didn’t add any pressure, and he gave me the space to look at the car and make a decision. He offered me a test drive and talked me through the car, so it was nice for someone to give me all the knowledge.

The new Nissan drives like a dream. Everything is all running well, and couldn't be happier.

I have had my Renault for about two weeks now, and am very happy with it. Hartington motors were very very professional and I highly recommend them, I travelled from Manchester to Wigan to see the car they were advertising, and it was a well spent travel and money. As far as I am concerned their service is 10/10.

I knew I wanted a golf, so I was searching for a while for the one I wanted online. Hartington motors was the only one who had the car I wanted on the market. The car looked exactly as the pictures which I was thankful for, and so far, it’s been excellent to me. There was no stress, and I didn’t feel pressured or that someone was just trying to make a sale. I felt really valued and got a fair deal on the car.

Having purchased from these guys before, it was the first place I looked at when I fancied a change. The new Ford is absolutely fabulous and been great to me so far. Mo was really good, he was so friendly and didn’t put any pressure on me or hide any costs, he was transparent and upfront about everything. I definitely think I got a fair deal on my car, especially for how low the mileage is. It was such an easy and perfect process, I wouldn’t change a thing, I literally walked in and out.

Really happy with the service I received down at Hartington Motors, and their aftersales service! It was my first car from these guys and it’s absolutely perfect. I found them through Zuto on Autotrader and the car looked like exactly what I wanted. Thankfully when I headed down the car was exactly as in pictures, so I wasn’t misled or shocked with any surprises at all, which was relieving. When I got there the process was so easy, and exactly how I wanted it to be. They handed me the keys, let me do my own thing, gave me the space to have a look at the car without anyone hounding me, and then offered me up the paperwork, and answered anything I needed to know about the car. Literally so easy and simple. When I brought the car there was a fault with the Ac, and I let them know it was broken. They told me to get it repaired and they will pay for it. I offered to pay for it myself and sort it out, but they covered and reimbursed me and insisted that they pay for it. Their customer service was amazing, every time I have rung about anything, they were more than happy to help and have just been a perfect dealership to deal with. I would 1000% return and recommend them and will definitely be buying another car from them.
