We love our Volkswagen E-Golf, it's been a brilliant car it has been a good buy. It was great to visit a dealership that was on hand to help when you needed any questions answering, they were knowledgeable with the answers to my questions, and it was a straightforward process and a faultless experience.

4 stars only because at the start of the sale there was a slight mix-up with the car coming with an MOT, so I had to wait for it to be completed. Otherwise, everything went well.

After I got back from my test drive in the car, I noticed the tyre pressure was low in one of the tyres but that was pumped back up and hasn't been an issue since. Ellis also took the time to talk me through all of the controls in the car which was great. I've never had much luck with cars, so I'm not sure if it's me, but I feel like I can hear a noise in the car but I think it's just me. Otherwise, it's been spot on.

Very happy with my purchase of the Jaguar F-Pace. I think the salesman who looked after me was Harry, and he was great. He sorted everything out that needed doing on the car and I thought he was friendly throughout. On the day of the handover, I felt the car was in a clean, presentable condition.

Definitely deserving of 5 stars for my car buying experience. I had an issue not long after having the car and the guy I spoke to at the garage was great. They were able to get the car in right away and sort the issue out, it was that simple. From enquiring to the after sale, everyone has been great to deal with.

There was a very slight communication mishap with getting the car ready and delivered to me which meant I received it later on the day than I really wanted and I've still not received the V5 (which I've only realised over the weekend and I now need to complete a form)

I would rate the experience 4* I have still not been provided with the date of the last service but I understand it was recently undertaken other than that was good.

The whole experience was sound. Very professional. Just one thing, there was no oil in the engine, but nothing to worry about. Cheers lads 😊
