Purchased my car from Hartwell (Dunstable) in Dec 2018, have since had problems with it losing key synchronisation locking my disabled wife in the car until I used the manual key blade to release her plus intermittent momentary 1-2 secs engine power loss but Hartwells (Abingdon) service after checking were not prepared to investigate further as no error codes showing. Would not recommend this dealership.

I must give Mark Fearon from Hartswell a special mention. He really did listen to my requirements when sourcing the car i was wishing for. Within days he telephoned me and not only he found the car i was looking for he found found that exceeded my exceptions at a affordable price with manageable monthly payments. He kept me up to date with the sale process until the magic day arrived to when my car was ready for me to own. I was highly impressed with the service of Mark and how much detail he gave me, highly informative!! If you planning to purchase a car please ask for Mark. He will take care of finding you the perfect car for you.
I have had no issues at all with Hartwell! I purchased my Ford Mondeo from them back in January and I am really happy with it. The value for money is fantastic and the car was immaculate when I received it. The salesman couldn't have been more helpful if he tried and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I found Hartwell to be very helpful in dealing with me. I went in on the Sunday to view the car, found the one I like and to my surprise they said I could have it in the Tuesday so this was brill. I do need to go back soon as i have a slight issue so im hoping they will be as helpful with me post sale. Great up to this stage. I would give 5 for everything but lets see how they help me
