I would totally recommend the Portsmouth Audi Garage to buy a car. Unlike other car dealerships I had visited the service was the most professional I had received. I was able to walk around looking what was on show before being asked by Lee Cracknell if he could assist. I was asked what I was looking for and was shown in more detail a model I was interested in purchasing. They had a RS3 in blue which did not grab my attention, but Lee did say they did have a Red RS3 which Audi had added additional options too, but would not be available to view or test drive until the following week. I returned to Audi Portsmouth to have a look at the RS3 in RED and take a test drive. You could not fail to adore how the car looked and handled. Lee Cracknell was able to answer my questions when asked. At no time was I pressurised to make the deal and it was entirely down to myself to make the decision. Lee Cracknell is a highly professional salesman and knows the product he is selling. You could not go wrong in asking him personally to deal with your enquiry. The entire service which was provided by Lee Cracknell from Portsmouth Audi from the first time I stepped into the dealership to time I drove out, and the aftercare was exceptional. I would fully recommend indeed to anyone looking to buy a car, in particular an Audi, to use the Portsmouth Audi dealership.

We have just purchased a new car from Harwoods Audi at Portsmouth and dealt with Lee Cracknell who was exceptionally helpful with everything from start to finish with no pressure whatsoever. I would recommend anyone wishing to purchase a Audi to go to Portsmouth Audi and ask for Lee personally .

Just bought another Audi from this dealership . It was a smooth, relaxed and enjoyable experience thanks to the excellent service of Lee Cracknell and some excellent coffee ! We were never hit with the “hard sell” but were led carefully through the process without any pressure or trying to make us part with more money than we felt able . Lee coped with us incredibly well ! The result is a beautiful new car on the drive and very satisfied customers - for a second time !
