Incredibly good service from Lee, who is clearly the go-to guy at Harwoods. Initially thought I'd have to book my Discovery in to fix a problem with the heating fan; Lee had a look, fixed it on the spot, no charge, awesome, job done. Not the first time, Lee helped with a towbar issue a year or so ago, simply fantastic, can't thank enough.

Unbelievably bad service - save yourself the stress and heartache and go somewhere else. More details below if interested. Harwoods sold me the car and didn't send the V5 off. As a result I didn't get a tax reminder and missed the tax deadline. This meant I got clamped (£200) and got a fine from the DVLA for not having tax (£754) and couldn't get my car freed for almost 2 weeks as I wasn't the registered keeper Harwoods were. Complained to Harwoods and was told it was the registered keepers responsibility (them at the time) and they were not at fault. Now having to proceed with a dispute with the DVLA.

My experience was above and beyond all expectations from a car dealership (Harwoods Coulsdon). I had a simple issue that no one else seemed to know how to fix but a lovely young man named Patryk solved the issue in seconds. I had been too 2 other Land Rover dealerships and basically fobbed off and made to feel like my custom was not valued. So when I got to hardwoods I wasn’t particularly hopeful. However, Patryk was so helpful and friendly and explained so many things that no other dealership could be bothered to do. Despite the current climate in the industry he took his time and went through everything I needed to know. He reassured me about my concerns with clear coherent explanations and gave practical advice and not just a sales pitch. He was genuine and delivered exceptional customer service !

Excellent Service from Isaac Akowuah who won me over to purchasing a New Range Rover Evoque R Dynamic, and went through in detail all the options available to me.

We purchase an Evoque from another dealer and had problems straight away. We contacted Harwoods who carried out the repairs under the warranty. They couldn't do enough for us they called and explained the problems and sent us a video. They even replaced the two remote controls free of charge. Fantastic staff and service thank you very much. Excellent service from Michael Drollas at Harwoods Croydon Land Rover who went through all the options available to me, in particular the PCP detail in relation to my new Evoque.
