I found it to be a seamless experience - had lots of help on getting the right car for me. Helpful with the finance, will be returning in future for service/MOT.
They sold me a faulty car in December 2019 . They don't answer their phones. They kept my car for three weeks and even though they didn't fix it they sent it back to me. And because the car was bought through a financial agreement im still struggling to reject it. Be really careful when buying from this dealer . They don't even deserve a star.

After buying my car from hatters car sales,I gave them a 5 star review,like I was asked to by the salesman.6 months and 1 week later,I've brought my car in for an mot.this is the first actual after sales contact I have had,and I am very disappointed.this is not a company that cares about its customer's.. It cares about they're reviews only.I made the mistake of trusting these people to keep they're word.and have left there feeling like i was cheated!.and I now regret having anything to do with them.
