Done a part exchange, day of swapping came and all went well. Paid extra money, signed all paperwork, taxed and insured new car ready to drive home, this was until the guy said he wanted to just take my old car for a spin (don't know why he didn't do this first). He came in from starting the engine to inform me something was wrong with the belt and he can't take it after all as it is unsaleable in this condition. Long story short, I was coerced into paying more money to fix it in order to drive my new car home. Looking back I should have refused as a deal is a deal, especially as everything had been paid and signed surely? Feel that the whole experience at Haverhill Car Xchange was not very professional and would not go back there, on the plus side I now have a great car.

Lovely people to deal with I bought a vauxhall zafira any niggles I had with the car on test driving were promptly solved I have had one issue since to which they were very helpful and quickly resolved it! Overall a very pleasant experience decent people decent cars !
