I bought a Lexus from Haverhill Car Xchange in April. Since then I have had no issues I can complain about. The car was clean and as described. Also I got to pick it up on a Saturday which was handy for me. I recommend!

The Vauxhall I bought from Haverhill Car Xchange was really good value for money. However, the car wasn't best clean and the guys there weren't the most helpful! I would recommend them though!

As a whole Haverhill Car Xchange is a very good dealership! The Ford I bought was been really good, no issues to report! The guys there were really helpful. The service really was very good. I would recommend!

I was very impressed with the service I received from Haverhill Car Xchange. I bought a Vauxhall Astra back in August. They cleaned the car for me while I was signing all the paperwork and the car was very cheap! I have only had one minor issues but I just got it resolved myself. I would very highly recommend this dealership and I am very happy with the car.

I purchased a Mercedes from here back in July. The car is great but the dealer was no help at all, didn't show me around the car or explain anything. The car was clean and good value for money and up to now I have had no issues with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership due to their poor customer service.

They were really good! I bought a ford focus back in June. The car was really nice and clean, in great condition and had a fresh MOT. The only small issue I had with the car was an issue with the radio but they got it sorted as quick as they could. Overall, I am really pleased and would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Hyundai from this dealer back in may and They were very good. he car had some minimal cosmetic issues but nothing serious. it was good value for money and drives great. I would recommend them.

I bought a mini from car xchange, lovely looking car but came with a few problems all of which were resolved with no quibble. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for used car. I was treated with fairness and respect. Thank you Roger and Lee.

Have now bought two cars from these great men, both times I was able to take the car within a day or so. Very helpful, approachable. Even taxed my car online for me , so I was able to drive it away
Done a part exchange, day of swapping came and all went well. Paid extra money, signed all paperwork, taxed and insured new car ready to drive home, this was until the guy said he wanted to just take my old car for a spin (don't know why he didn't do this first). He came in from starting the engine to inform me something was wrong with the belt and he can't take it after all as it is unsaleable in this condition. Long story short, I was coerced into paying more money to fix it in order to drive my new car home. Looking back I should have refused as a deal is a deal, especially as everything had been paid and signed surely? Feel that the whole experience at Haverhill Car Xchange was not very professional and would not go back there, on the plus side I now have a great car.

i'm sorry to read this review as we try our hardest to please all of our customers. We do ask at the point of sale, on all part exchanges if there are any faults/problems with the vehicle you are bringing in. Unfortunately when driving the car there were issues found and this then affected the price we could give you. The extra money was just a 50% contribution towards what the job was going to cost to rectify. If you were unhappy at this point, you could of pulled out and your deposit would of been returned. We are however pleased that you are very happy with your new car we sold you.
