Really happy with my Mazda 3 from Hearsall Common Cars. Other than one issue with the dashboard and SD card, the car has been brilliant, and I absolutely love it. When I picked the car up, we noticed the dashboard system wasn’t working properly because the SD card was missing. The dealership ordered a replacement card straight away, and it arrived a few days later, but I’ve still been having trouble getting it to work. Aside from that, the dealership was very good people to deal with. They were welcoming, friendly and as good as you could ask for.

Hearsall were efficient on the day, took the Mrs to the post office to get the vehicle taxed, that part they were fine. The car didn’t receive a service and wasn’t cleaned when we were ready. Other then that, they were fine.

Pleasant enough customer service. I do wish the car received a fresh MOT. Regarding that I found Hearsall to be helpful on the day.

The lads on the day I came to purchase my Ford Fiesta were nice to be fair. It did feel disorganized, but they were busy helping people and even made me a cup of tea, so I appreciated that. They were a nice bunch of lads however the after service has been disappointing. Having to chase a service booklet caused inconvenience and felt like I had to do a lot of chasing.

It went smoothly with Hearsall Common, no problems at all. Customer service was brilliant. Managed to get a replacement for my old car which had engine problems.

My previous car was nicked so I went for the same make but newer Vauxhall Astra. The car and the distance is what interested me really however the bloke at Hearsall was very friendly, made me a cuppa. I couldn’t knock him.

Good communication from start to finish car wasn't ready with agreed collection however I was kept updated and the car was ready the next day. Apologies were made for the delay. This was ok they wanted to make sure the car was ready and good to go. The car needed something doing so your guys wanted to make sure it was ready and in good condition. Car was cleaned and spotless in side and out

Not been getting on too badly with the VW Polo I purchased in January, other than the issue with the door which I didn't notice and wasn't made aware of. Although I didn't let the dealership know. The experience as a whole was perfectly fine.

Can't fault them whatsoever. The Ford Focus has absolutely no problems. All good.

I bought a Citroen from Hearsall Common Cars, and it’s been alright so far, to be honest. The experience at the dealership was a bit mixed. They told me the car was going to be ready in a few days, but that didn’t happen, and I ended up waiting longer than expected, like there was a lot of back and forth. Apart from that, everything else was alright.
