I've never bought a car blind before, I was a bit nervous as I would have liked to test drive it, but when I was in contact with the dealer they sent me pictures, and gave me all the details and history of the car. They were really helpful over the phone, we organised a day to collect and when I collected it, it was ready on time, it was really clean and it was just as described. I'm really happy with the Golf, it's such a nice car. I'm glad I trusted Hearsall Common car sales, they did not disappoint.

I literally cannot fault Hearsall Common Car Sales what so ever, they were fantastic with me first the get go! I had been looking around and looked at a few different garages before-hand and I felt very pressured and like the dealers was pushy, when I got to Hearsall, they were so relaxed and polite and left me alone to look over the car. Stuart said, don't worry fi you don't like it, we can look around another car, he answered all questions and was just generally a nice chap. I had a budget in mind, and I'd seen a Volkswagen Polo, and I automatically fell in love with it, it was slightly over my budget but the dealership lowered the price slightly so I could still buy it, they gave me a cracking price on my part ex. Just really accommodating and putting the customer first, I will 100% be back to this dealer to buy my next car in the future, and I will be recommending to everybody. Since buying the Polo its been absolutely amazing, I'm constantly finding excuses to nip out just so I can drive it some more. Brilliant customer service, amazing car and the nicest staff!

I purchased my BMW 3 series just over a week ago from this well stocked garage and couldn’t be happier with the whole buying experience. From start to finish the staff at the garage could not have been more helpful, the car was as described and a bargain (I travelled from Glasgow), I was collected from the station with a tea on arrival as the car has been perfect! I bought a Ford Kuga from this dealer, can't fault the car at all. I chose this car because the mileage was low, the car looked in great condition and the price was right, When we was at the dealership looking at the car I mentioned a few things I'd like to be done before collecting and everything was done that I asked for. They stuck to their word and did what they said they would. The car was very clean when collecting too! The dealer was great, they looked after me, very helpful and friendly and got things sorted quickly for me, I bought a Ford B-Max and the car is brilliant, its a lovely car, was nice and clean and exactly as I expected when collecting and the dealer did everything they could for me.
