I purchased this vehicle on September 17th which was in excellent condition with low mileage came with brand new 12 month Mot and 3 month warranty, Unfortunately after driving the vehicle I discovered the gearbox had a fault shifting into second gear which only became apparent on longer journeys. So I contacted Heatherland car sales and informed Brian who was brilliant and very pleasant and polite explained the problem with the gearbox and aaranged for it to be repaired at a local gearbox and clutch specialist who quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired so remember when buying a used car things can go wrong through no fault of the dealer as long as your honest and polite and respectful Brian and all the staff at Heatherland Car sales will help you with any problems you may experience.

I purchased a car from Heatherland Car Sales in January. A week later noticed car pulling to the side so went to get tracking done. Track rod end ceased so needed to get wheels off, this is when noticed locking wheel nuts on the car. I called them and advised must be in the car as they had had wheels off for a thorough check of the car before letting it leave the garage. I must be looking in the wrong place bring it to them and they will show me were it is. I explained I lived 35 miles away but took it over, after looking in the car for a minute they said your right. They had to cut the nuts off and Took a full day to sort out, more time off work due to where they are. I also mentioned that the air conditioning which they confirmed worked was not changing temperatures, and set at full blast. With the car there another day and a half was advised they had regassed it but the problem was the regulator and they would fix it all as soon as they got one 3 months later I am still waiting. I have replaced the regulator myself and had the car gassed as not been done by them found out the compressor is broken also. Would I go here again not on your nelly

These guys have been around longer than I can remember, I've been past the forecourt plenty of times but never bought from them until now. They definitely ticked all the boxes, they gave the car a thorough inspection and the warranty included is well worth having. The car was missing the spare wheel but they managed to find one and delivered it to me in person. Heatherland get top marks from me.
