The owner / director of this dealership, Mr David Bishop, REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE the consumer rights act of October 2015, which clearly states that if the vehicle has a fault within 6 months of purchase, then in the eyes of the law, the fault was present PRIOR TO PURCHASE and therefore the dealership has a duty to put the fault right AT THEIR EXPENSE. I purchased a vauxhall insignia from these people on July 1st 2016. On October 21st the cam belt snapped. At first, the repair garage quoted £2,000 to repair. I contacted Mr bishop and he simply stated that the 90 warranty had expired. Please note the 90 day warranty is now nil and void foll6the new law introduced in October 2015. When I quoted this new law to him he said "oh. OK. I'll go 50/50 with you" why would I do that when the law states he is liable for the full amount? As it turned out, the repairs costs were just £579.24. Given that he'd offered to pay £1,000, it would seem reasonable to assume that he would be happy tof pay the new amount. I informed him. He said he would seek legal advice and get back to me by October 28th. He didn't get back to me and I've heard nothing from him since. I'll now be putting him in court and it will cost him a lot more. High court enforcement will be utilised if needed. I'll get what's owed to me by hook or by crook Mr bishop. You can be sure of it. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I'm am really pleased with my Audi A4 from this dealership. The car was really clean and just as described. I have had no issues what so ever and I have had the car about 3 months now. The dealers were really friendly and happy to help. I would definitely recommend.

Good experience over all, I would recommend. I bought a Volvo from here back in June. The car has had some issues which are unfortunately not covered but the insurance but other than that I am happy with the car. It drives really well.

Would not recommend. Although I like the car and it was good value for money, the after sales are poor. Had to constantly phone up the dealership to get them sorted... but of a joke really. The car also has more miles on it than originally stated.

Other than the car having a few marks on it that were not mentioned I am very happy with it, it was in very good condition and very well cleaned and the price was amazing. The car runs really well. The dealers were really helpful and able to answer any questions. Overall good experience.

I purchased a vehicle fro, this dealership in May, everything was going swimmingly until the car developed a £12000 issue that was not covered by the dealership so I am now out of pocket. Other than that they were okay.

Overall, very good. Bought my fiat 500 from here. No pressure to buy and the guy was very knowledgable about the car. I noticed slight damage to the wing mirror but this was fixed before I picked up the car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend family and friends. As a woman, entering car dealerships can sometimes feel a bit intimidating... but not here. Only negative is that it is hard to find
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE-AVOID!! Although I thankfully didn't buy a car from these. I felt it important to warn others not to do so.Went to look at a car with them,test drove it and there was a terrible noise as if the brake pads/disks had worn away,or suspension had gone at the front. prior to this there was no service book,and some dodgy looking service printouts each year but each with zero miles.thank god I test drove before but a thoroughly wasted journey.avoid!!
