Travelled a long way to see a specific car at Henley Cars Ltd which was a BMW 1 series. When I got to there the sales guys were OK at best, they got the car out quickly for me to have a look at, then left me to have a look at the car which was nice. I asked them to go for a test drive which they said was OK to as I'm not from the area at which time I advised them they would need to navigate. They literally took me up the road round the round about and back (I think it took 1 minute and a half) about 100 yards up the road. On the journey the key kept falling out the slot and the sales guy was just like 'oh that's not suppose to happen' when we got back the sales guy said, 'look your going to need to get the key fixed which will cost about £30' now as we all know and common sense anything BMW is going to be more than £30. I went in and advised that no I would want more off to which he just said no. I think I had a lucky escape as upon leaving there was another customer going back in after having had a really bad experience with her car and Henleys. Of course it's up to you, they have 'nice' cars but to part with that much money there could be better places to buy a car from.

I brought a mini from Henleys cars for a surprise present for my wife. They did give a quick turnaround with the sale of the vehicle, however within a week we noticed a knocking noise from the rear of the car. I contacted them asking if i could bring the car in to be fixed. They replied i need a local garage to diagnose the problem to make sue it was under warranty. Basically it was a bush (simple to repair and inexpensive ). They wouldn't fix it. For a car purchased and within a week a problem accurse, a cheep one at that, you would think that they would sort it.........NO. definitely would not recommend. Terrible after service
