HENRYS customer service was excellent when we bought our new used car recently. The Salesman Callum Hardwick was very friendly and patient when explaining everything to us. He realised that as an older couple we needed extra attention to detail. He explained and showed us different aspects of our new car and made us feel at ease through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it made our choice easier. HENRYS have always given us excellent service through the years and their staff are exceptional in delivering their services. We would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Henry’s Car Sales thanks to John. From start to finish, he offered truly exceptional service—knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly professional. What stood out most was how comfortable and pressure-free the entire process felt. John took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed or pushed into a decision. His friendly demeanor and genuine care made the entire experience a pleasure. Honestly, John alone is reason enough to return—I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Henry’s again because of him

What started out as a general browse of Suzuki Swifts led to a full blown sale! I dealt with Callum, who made the process seamless and was easy to deal with. A personable young man and always eager to help, Henrys should be very proud of him.

A very pleasant experience at Henrys, we dealt with Callum, who was diligent and helpful in every respect, as were all the staff we met. Callum even sent a video explaining the operation of the car, which was interesting and useful. I would be more than happy to deal with Henrys again.
