I have just traded in my Swift for a new version and throughout, Callum has been great, patiently answering questions and explaining everything about what is new to me. I had been looking at various cars to replace my current one. I walked into Henry's Suzuki Glasgow and was greeted immediately by Callum. We discussed the type of car I wanted - automatic petrol - and he showed me various models available. Given that I did not have an appointment he was able to offer me a test drive there and then. Nothing was too much trouble. I have now taken delivery of my Suzuki Vitara and am extremely happy with it.

My mum and I went to look at a mobility car the Suzuki vitara at Henry Suzuki without an appointment we met Lesleyanne one of the Motability team Lesleyanne was great as we didn’t have an appointment but my mum just wanted to see if she could manage in and out of the car due to her mobility issues Lesleyanne showed us the car and let my mum take her time trying to get in and out of the car we made an appointment to go back for myself to get a test drive and for my mum to try the car again Lesleyanne was very helpful and understanding to my mums issues we decided this car was for my mum we did all the paperwork and car was ordered before the car was due I was in hospital and couldn’t drive for 3 weeks and I the only driver for my mum but this wasn’t a problem Lesleyanne delivered my mums car herself and took my old car away to us this was going above and beyond
