Our experience started a fortnight ago when we decided to check out a mini clubman that Hensons had advertised on Autotrader. When we arrived the car wasn’t their, but we decided to get a feel for other makes and models as we didn’t really know what we wanted. We soon fell in love with a 2018 Fabia Monte Carlo SG18*** we had a good look over the car and played around with the various toys and despite the higher than normal mileage we still felt it was a good car, we asked for a test drive which Ramiz the salesmen agreed to, upon leaving the dealership I noticed a light on the dash (EPC) which relates to the Engine Power Control, Ramiz tried to pass this off as the car being in ECO mode which me being a mechanic I told him this was not the case and it indicated a fault which would need to be addressed. We liked the car and a couple of days later we left a deposit whilst we sold our car and arranged to collect it the following Monday, due to the DVLA licencing issues I was still waiting for my driving licence to come back so this posed an issue for the finance, Ramiz assured me he could sort this as a friend of his owed him a favour… ( I actually recorded this conversation as I felt it was very dodgy and didn’t want to get into trouble) to keep things legal I made an express passport application and sorted the ID issue myself, I believed during all of this the car was being looked at and sorted, delivery day came and finance company text to say they had paid out, so I called Ramiz he claimed they had not, 4 hours later he called to say good news… the finance had paid out, but bad news is the turbo has failed on the car so you will have to wait at least 3 weeks to take delivery. Although they did offer a courtesy vehicle, immediately my wife had lost confidence in both Hensons and the car, and this is where the fun starts….. Ramiz made it extremely difficult to cancel the deal, he didn’t notify the finance company, I had to do this and when I did he wouldn’t return the money to them which meant we were without a car for 6 days, he knew how we needed a car to get our disabled daughter to school but ignored my calls and emails once the deal fell through!! We have been left £1500 out of pocket due to Hensons which I am currently seeking legal advice to recover this money!! The finance company who I sourced myself were amazing, they have advised me to make a formal complaint to the financial conduct Authority about Hensons and their conduct throughout.
Very happy with the service quality cars, pay the deposit and sort out the finance and collect the car at the same day. Thanks to Rami and his team to make my purchase so easy. 👍👍👍

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ‘COMPANY’ my partner recently bought a car from this company if that’s what you would even call it, there has been nothing but problems with the car since he bought it, from water collecting in the foot wells to faulty headlights. The customer service has been shocking and nothing has been resolved despite continuously ringing up and complaining. Most of the faults ‘are not covered in the warranty’ which he paid extra for. Since buying the car we’ve heard nothing but bad reviews about the place which I can understand why! Been sold an over price worthless piece of rubbish!
Stay clear of this place. Bought a car from them thier customer service is shocking.Car had been serviced apparently, i drove less than ten mile and the oil low warning light came on i had to put a full litre of oil in it. They had took all the wheels of to have them resprayed. After a couple of week I noticed a wobble on the steering wheel so took it to get the wheels balanced and was told by the garage that all the wheel nuts had been left loose and one had came out completely. Phoned them to complain and was told they would look into it and call me back guess what I'm still waiting. I would not use this place if it was the last place on earth selling cars.
Would never ever buy a car from here again, was firstly tried to be sold a car that still had finance on it so had to wait nearly a week for that to be sorted and when the car was purchased was told three car batteries would be posted as not one car key worked, spending £16500 on a car you expect this to be sorted rang and was told would have to pay for them!!!! Never ever would recommend Henson motor group!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE THEY SELL DODGY CARS THEY NEED REPORTING AND SHUT DOWN RAMIZ AND DAVE ARE A WAIST OF SPACE BOUGHT 2 CARS FROM THEM BOTH DODGY AND COST A FOTUNE TO REPAIR MY NEGBOUR BOUHHT ONE TO FROM THEM PROBLEMS FROM START TO FINISH. DO NOT BUY BEWARE.
I bought a lot of cars in the past from main dealer, but I have to say I was more impressed with the way I was treated, very professional and pleasant. I mainly dealt with Ramiz, he done a fantastic job from start to finish. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to try Henson motor group.👍👍👍👍👍
If there were 0 stars that’s what I would give Hensons. Had my car 8 weeks when it broke down on a Sunday. Got towed to a trusted RAC garage. Spoke to Hensons the very next day and asked what I should do. Got told to ring their mechanic and see what he says. Spoke to the mechanic who advised to leave the car at the garage it was at. After several phone calls with Hensons i was advised it would be sorted and not too worry that my warranty stated they would only pay 500 pound. 2 weeks later and my car was still in the garage with a long list of issues it needed a new hydrolics pipe, clutch slave cylinder, master cylinder, pedal, clutch, release fork and flywheel. Now Hensons have said that they never agreed for the car to stay at this garage and they would repair it at there’s for free Knowing full well the car was in bits and could not be moved. It’s cost me £1,600 and there are now further issues with the car Absolutely disgusted at there behaviour avoid at all costs!
Just purchased a used car from Henson motor Group . Ramiz was a professional and looked after us from start to leaving the forecourt. All social distancing ,hand sanitizers in place . Car was immaculate and all safety seat cover and steering wheel covers in place . Would highly recommend the company.
