I'd 100% recommend the dealership to others. They were very helpful, and we're really happy with how everything went. We've actually bought two vans from them, including another one as well, which I think is worth mentioning. Charlie was great, and we really appreciated how helpful he was.

I'm absolutely loving my Audi A1. It's brilliant, and everything at Herts and Essex Motor Company was perfect. Everyone there was lovely, and they were really, really good. I honestly can't believe I didn't go to them in the first place. I'd previously had another Audi that had so many things wrong with it that I had to unwind the purchase. I just wish I'd used this dealership the first time around. I'd recommend them a million per cent, and I won't ever go anywhere else now. I've already told my sons and my friends to go to them because of how good my experience has been.

The van is actually my son's, so he went to collect it himself. I did have dealings with the dealership when we were viewing the van and sorting out the documents, and we visited the dealership together. It was ultra smooth during out visit, I don't see why they wouldn't deserve five based on our experience. It's a really great van.

So far, so good with the car. The car's running exactly how it should be, so it's all good. The customer service on the day was brilliant. Everything was very easy and very simple, and I was kept in the loop the whole way through. I can't fault anything, to be fair.

The 4 Series I bought was exactly the car I wanted. The dealership was perfect, to be fair. The customer service was very good. I wanted to buy the car on the same day I went to view it, and they even polished it for me. I went to get some food while they got the car ready, and it was ready for me when I got back. I thought that was really good.

I've had no issues with it since purchasing it, thankfully. It's been great so far, and I'm happy with how things have gone. The service I received from Herts and Essex Motor Company was really quick and easy. The whole experience was straightforward, and I've had no problems with the car.

I was happy with everything overall. The only thing I would mention is that when I collected the van, there was hardly any fuel in it. I would have hoped that this was done for me before leaving the dealership, but that is the only thing I could mention. because everything else was positive, including the Ford Transit Custom

My new Discovery has been all good. I'm enjoying the car and haven't had any problems with it. The only thing that let it down slightly was that one of their valeter's got a parking ticket, which ended up coming to me. Which, in all fairness, they did cover the cost of the fine, everything else has been good, and I've got no other complaints about my experience.
