I was going round to a few different dealers to check prices and availability as I wanted a small car. I went to Herts and Essex and lucky the guy who dealt with me was really helpful and pointed me in the direction of the Smart cars. If hadn’t spoken to him, I would have walked out as I didn’t see a car that was suitable. This car wasn’t around the front so he had to go and get it. I did take the car back to the dealer because there was a smoky smell coming off it. They gave me a courtesy car and were really helpful around my work times. Everything’s great with my car and I have already recommend them.

It was specifically the Range Rover Vogue I was looking for and Herts and Essex was near to where I live so I went to have a look. I did have a few issues but they took it back and fixed it for me. I would recommend Herts and Essex to others.

Just happened to be the right car at the at that location, to be fair. As I found the car while looking around online. The whole experience was quite smooth and efficient. They said the Mercedes would be ready when it was ready, and everything was pretty good, really.
