The guys at Herts & Essex Motor Company were very friendly and the purchase of the car was quick and efficient. They were happy to help with any query that I had & it was great service from the first point of contact to driving the car home. Although we did have an issue with the used car initially - they arranged to have this fixed at a time convenient to me & offered a courtesy car for the inconvenience. I’d definitely recommend to others looking to purchase a vehicle.

Charles was very helpful on the day with no pressure , which allowed us to fully inspect the car during our visit & test drive, I only have one minor issue with the car that prevented me from giving a 5. I would purchase from them again though

I purchased a VW Polo a few months back, everything has been alright since purchase, no ran into any issues which is a good sign. My experience with Herts and Essex has definitely been a positive one, the staff were nice and polite. I would recommend. 5 out of 5!

Can't fault anything to do with this place. The guy that I dealt with was really nice, really helpful. I went in he went and got the car out for me let me take it for a drive. Sorted everything else out, showed me all the paperwork, there was no messing about. Top marks, like I said cannot fault!

The customer service was great, they staff were really lovely to deal with, nice people. They weren't at all pushy. I am pleased with the car apart from I am going to have to change the washer pumps as they aren't working which is a bit frustrating, but I can't fault the service so I'd give a 4/5.

I would say the easiest and best car purchase I've ever made, everyone there was polite and courteous and knew what they were doing without being patronising in any way. The car i bought was perfect and was in showroom condition when I picked it up, I shall continue and have recommended you to many of my friends - all together a fantastic experience, thank you !
